The BoxClub mobile app is currently only available on devices running iOS 9 and above. BoxClub requires an active internet connection to operate.
Troubleshooting and Support
Should you encounter issues with the BoxClub app, please ensure:
- Your device’s operating system is supported (iOS9+)
- You have an active internet connection. Ensure you are connected to WiFi or your mobile network with data enabled. Ensure airplane mode is not enabled.
If problems persist, you can try rebooting the app. If that does not solve the issue, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the issue you are experiencing. We will make every attempt to resolve your issue.
