What is Bulu Box?

Bulu Box is a monthly subscription sample box containing 4 to 5 premium vitamin and supplement nutrition samples delivered to your door. Our goal is to introduce people to the benefits of vitamins and supplements by giving them the opportunity to discover and try new products before buying them in full size (or at full price!).

We also offer Burn Blend Box, which includes those premium samples plush a full-size bottle of our best-selling weight loss product, Shapeologist Burn Blend!

What is Burn Blend Box?

Burn Blend Box is a monthly Bulu Box subscription that contains a 30 day supply of our best selling weight loss product Shapeologist Burn Blend alongside 5-6 healthy products to assist you on your weight loss journey!

How much does a Bulu Box subscription cost?

Bulu Box subscription memberships start at $10.00 a month. Month-to-Month Subscriptions can be canceled any time. 3 and 6 subscriptions contain a price break per month.

When will I receive my first Bulu Box? And when can I expect each box after that?

We ship all Bulu Box orders around the 15th of the month. If you placed your order before the 5th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s box. Any orders placed on or after the 5th of the month will receive the following month’s box. Your box should arrive 5 to 7 days after the 15th of the month.

Here are some examples:

  • – Anna purchased a subscription on BuluBox.com on September 1. So, her first box is the September box.
  • – Mariah’s subscription was purchased on September 5. Her first box? October.
  • – Adam purchased his subscription on BuluBox.com on September 9. His first box is the October box.
  • – Baileigh purchased her subscription on September 22. Her first box? October

Why is my subscription order status “processing”?

We ship all Bulu Box orders around the 15th of the month. Your subscription’s status will read as “processing” until your box ships. Once it is shipped, your tracking information will be available. WOOHOO!

Can I switch my subscription’s box type?

Yes! All you need to do is email our Bulugan Support Squad at [email protected] and let us know which box type you’d like to switch to. We’ll take care of the rest!

What is your cancellation policy?

We think you’ll miss your monthly Bulu Box, but you can cancel your subscription membership at any time. If you need assistance in canceling, contact the Bulugan Support Squad here.

Month-to-Month Subscriptions: Month-to-Month Bulu Box subscriptions are renewed and billed on the 5th of each month. If you cancel before the 5th of the month, you will not be billed and you will not receive that month’s box. If you cancel on or after the 5th of the month, you willl be billed for that month’s box; that month’s box will be the last box you receive. Bulu Boxes are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.

3, 6 or 12 Month Subscriptions: Three (3) month, six (6) month and yearly (12 month) subscriptions are renewed and billed on the 5th of the month once the respective 3, 6 or 12 month subscription period is complete. If you cancel before the 5th of the month, your subscription will not auto-renew for another 3, 6 or 12 months (relative to your subscription plan). If you cancel on or after the 5th of the month (after your subscription’s recurring billing date), your plan will renew and you will be billed for one more subscription period. After that time, you will not be billed and you will not receive any additional boxes. Bulu Boxes are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.

How does a Month-to-Month Subscription work?

Signing up for a Month-to-Month subscription means that you will be charged on the 5th of each month to receive a monthly box. You can cancel this subscription at anytime. You will receive a box each month until you cancel your subscription.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Yes! We take the hassle of having to sign back up every month. Like any other subscription, Bulu Box will continue to send you monthly discovery boxes unless otherwise notified. See “What is your cancellation policy?” for more details.

If I have a 3, 6 or 12 Month Subscription, what happens when I reach my last month?

If you have a 3, 6 or 12 Month Subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the 3, 6 or 12 Month Subscription period so that you’ll never miss a box! We’ll remind you via email when to expect the auto-renew.

What happens when I cancel a 3, 6 or 12 Month Subscription?

The 3, 6 and 12 Month Subscriptions are billed up front, and remaining boxes cannot be canceled or refunded. You will still receive all of the boxes you’ve paid for. However, you can cancel a 3, 6 or 12 Month Subscription to prevent it from auto-renewing after the 3, 6 or 12 Month Subscription period has concluded. You can do this at any time by following these steps.

How do I cancel my subscription membership?

You can log into your account using your customer login information to cancel at any time. Once you’ve logged into your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account. From your “My Account” dashboard click “Manage Subscriptions” on the left side of your screen.
  2. Click on the “Cancel” button next to the subscription you would like to cancel.

Am I able to return or exchange a Bulu Box?

Bulu Boxes cannot be exchanged and are nonrefundable. If you have received a damaged or defective item in your shipment, please don’t hesitate to send us an email at [email protected]

I saw a great deal for a subscription! If I buy this deal, what happens if I have a subscription in my account already?

New subscription purchases do not automatically add on the the end of existing subscriptions. Please contact the Bulugan Support Squad if you wish to have multiple active subscriptions combined.

How do I change the email address linked to my Bulu Box account?

To update the email address linked to your Bulu Box account, email our team at [email protected] and we will have our Bulugan Support Squad update your email address.

I already have a Bulu Box Weight Loss or Original Subscription. Can I upgrade to the Burn Blend Box?

If you already have a Bulu Box subscription to the Weight Loss or Original box, simply contact the Bulugan Support Squad at [email protected] to change your box type to the Burn Blend Box!
