Hygge in a Box is a quarterly subscription box for those who are seeking ways to bring more happiness, comfort and ultimately experience hygge from the inside out. Each premium box will feature 7-9 items based on the season and have been carefully curated with strict guidelines to ensure you are receiving only highest quality. We support Canadian businesses and ensure that our products are as natural as possible, made with sustainability in mind, organic when available, from ethical and Fair-trade sources and ones made with love by the makers. Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
What You Get: Each Quarterly Hygge in a Box is filled with 7 to 9 full sized premium products such as wraps, candles, teas, mugs, books, home decor, hygge tips, recipes, DIY projects and more. Subscribers will also enjoy free and discounted downloads, discounts on special edition boxes and custom Hygge in a Box products when available.

What is Hygge in a Box?
Hygge in a Box is a membership-based subscription service for those who are seeking ways to bring more happiness, comfort and ultimately experience hygge from the inside out. Each Hygge in a Box is carefully curated to deliver premium products and will vary season to season. Hygge in a Box Subscriptions will be delivered in October, January, April & July.
What is the order cut off date?
The cut-off date is the 30th of the month before the next quarterly shipment (September 30th, December 30th, March 30th & June 30th).
When will boxes be shipped?
Boxes will be sent out during the third week of October, third week of January, third week of April and the third week of July. With Canada Post the delivery should take anywhere from 3 to 10 days depending on weather and your location. With this option, you can look forward to receiving 4 boxes filled with hyggelig items every quarter!
When will I be charged and do I need to renew?
Your subscription is $114.99 CDN per season plus any applicable taxes, $19.99 CDN will be added for shipping if in Canada and $24.99 if in the USA.
The subscription is set to auto-renew (every 3 months from your order date) , so your card will be automatically processed unless you cancel.
You will receive a total of four editions of Hygge in a box in a year. As a subscription member, you only need to sign up once. The subscription is set to auto-renew (every 3 months from your order date), so you’ll automatically receive future editions until you cancel.
What is your refund policy?
We honour full refunds within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at email@example.com and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card.
If you don’t absolutely adore Hygge in a Box, we don’t want you to feel that you must keep it. To make a return you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your box. The box will need to be returned in its original condition and packaging (must be wrapped in an outer poly bag, or another box. Boxes without protective packaging or has missing contents will not be accepted for returns). Returns are only acceptable for brand new boxes in its original condition with full contents and original/appropriate packaging. We do not offer refunds for products that are opened, used or returned after 14 days. Returns need to be shipped back to this address within 15 days. You are also welcome to cancel at anytime.
Are all products made in Canada?
Most of the products we curate for each box are made in Canada or sold from a Canadian company, but not all. As an example, from time to time we may curate special hard to find products for our boxes. For example, fun board games from Sweden, woolen socks from Denmark or wraps from Turkey. We do however refrain from including products that are manufactured in mass volumes.
Are your products allergy aware?
We can not guarantee that all products are caffeine free, nut free, dairy free, gluten free, sugar free, organic, kosher etc. We do however strive to only have products in the box that are cruelty free, and ethically sourced and manufactured.
For any skincare products we suggest thoroughly reading the ingredient list and spot checking a small amount of product on your hand prior to full use.
