Most of our coffees fall somewhere around a medium roast. Roasting to this middle-ground is a great way to preserve the unique flavors that would be present in a light roast while still developing some deeper notes of a dark roast. No matter the roast level, the goal is always the same: a soothing balance and stunningly rich flavor.
