KitNipBox is a cat’s best friend! Each month, our team scours the world for the most amazing cat toys, treats, accessories, and other goodies. Our CMO (Chief Meow Officer), Sylvester, the black cat, and his team of kitty product connoisseurs personally try the items to ensure their absolute purr-fection for kitties everywhere. We then create a box of unique items and ship it to your doorstep. Purrs all around!

COST
We offer two subscription options. The Happy Cat KitNipBox is $19.99/month and comes with 5 goodies. It is perfect for households with one cat. The Multi-Cat KitNipBox is $29.99/month and comes with 7 goodies. It’s the best option for households with two or more cats, or just one extra pampered kitty. Your choice of monthly subscription will continue to be charged to your card until you choose to cancel. You can easily cancel anytime by logging into your account at least one week before your next shipment and clicking “Edit Subscription,” then selecting “Cancel” from the drop down menu, and following the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation.
CANCEL
You can easily cancel at any time. Just log into your account and click “Edit Subscription” for the subscription you’d like to cancel. Next, select “Cancel” in the dropdown menu and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process by clicking “Proceed to Cancel” on each screen. Please note that your cancellation is not complete until you reach the cancellation confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email. You will need to cancel at least one week before your next shipment to avoid receiving additional boxes and being charged for the renewal. Any remaining boxes that you have already prepaid for with your existing subscription will continue to ship. Any additional feedback you could share on why you chose to cancel via email at meow@kitnipbox.com would be appreciated tremendously!

We want to make sure you and your kitty are 100% satisfied with your KitNipBox! If any of the products you receive are defective, please email us at meow@kitnipbox.com and let us know what’s wrong, so that we can work with you to replace the item as soon as possible.
SHIPPING FEES
Nope! Shipping is 100% free within the continental US! For customers in Canada, a $6.95 USD shipping charge per box applies, and a $7.95 USD shipping charge per box applies for customers in Australia.
