WHAT IS A MAEVEN BOX, AND WHAT IS INSIDE THE BOX EACH MONTH?

WHAT IS THE INTRO BOX, AND HOW DOES IT DIFFER FROM OTHER SUBSCRIPTION COMPANIES?
For the first month, everyone receives our exclusive Intro Box, with everything you need to kick off the planning process. Starting with our second box, you will fall in line with the monthly featured box. The Intro Box features our custom Maeven wedding planner along with amazing bridal items including a set of bridal champagne glasses, cake topper, rose quartz necklace, Pop Fizz Clink! bottle opener, rose bath salts, and a set of wedding day cards.
WHAT ARE THE SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS?
Maeven boxes are available as a Month-to-Month subscription or in 2, 3 and 6-month prepaid subscriptions. Gift subscriptions are available in 2, 3 and 6-month prepaid increments. All subscriptions begin with our Intro Box and align with the monthly progression of boxes in the second month. WILL MY PREPAID SUBSCRIPTION CANCEL AUTOMATICALLY AT THE END OF THE LAST SHIPMENT?
Yes, all multiple-month subscriptions will automatically cancel at the end of your last scheduled shipment. All month-to-month subscriptions will automatically cancel after six box shipments.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND BILLING DATES?
All boxes ship the second week of each month. For month-to-month subscriptions, your credit card will be charged on the 20th of the month prior. For all prepaid subscriptions, your card will be charged the full subscription rate at initial purchase.If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date (the 20th of the month prior). Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
All boxes are a flat shipping rate of $6.95 within the United States. We currently do not ship to international addresses, but plan to add this feature in the near future.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS?
Yes, Maeven boxes are the ultimate gift for the Bride in your life. We offer gift subscriptions in increments of 2, 3 and 6-month subscriptions. All orders start with the Intro Box, and receive the monthly featured boxes starting with the second month. Maeven boxes are perfect for engagement, bridal shower or bachelorette gifts…or just because!
HOW DO GIFT SUBSCRIPTIONS WORK?
To purchase a gift subscription for the bride in your life, select the gift card from our gift subscriptions page that corresponds with the duration of subscription you would like to gift. Your gift card information will be delivered to you via email following your purchase. Once received, the bride will use the gift card to set up and purchase her subscription on our site.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION ENDS?
All gift subscriptions are paid for at checkout, no additional charges apply. Once the recipient activates their subscription, they will receive the purchased duration of boxes.
I’VE BEEN GIFTED, WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
Congratulations! To activate your gifted subscription simply add the gifted subscription duration to your cart from the regular subscriptions page and choose your preferences (Mr./Mrs. or Mrs./Mrs. and size). At checkout, enter your gift card number in place of payment.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
To make any changes to your user profile, including shipping address or credit card information, please login to your account, or contact our customer support team at [email protected].
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
To cancel your membership, please login to your account where you can manage your subscription and billing preferences. If you cancel after your renewal, you will still receive the box you paid for, and your subscription will be canceled after that point. If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before the next bill date (the 20th of the month). Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following month’s box.
MY BOX HASN’T ARRIVED YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your tracking number shows that your box was delivered but you cannot find it, the very best thing you should do is call your local Post Office. The large majority of the time they are able to locate it. We are happy to help however we can, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If you need us to resend your tracking number, please email us at [email protected].
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? WHAT ABOUT BROKEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS?
When your box ships, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please enter this number with the postage carrier to track your box. Maeven boxes are final sale and non-refundable. If for any reason one of your items arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your box so that we can make it right! We may request photos of the damaged item for our quality control review.
