IS THIS A CONTRACT?
No, our subscriptions are not binding, contracts are for cowards. You can cancel anytime, just make sure you do it before your next brush ships. Once they ship, you will not be able to cancel until after the shipment is processed. But we have faith in our stuff. You will love it!
WHY IS EVERYTHING BLACK?
That is a two-part question:
The Brush: Our brushes our made from Binchotan Activated Charcoal. They are super soft bristles, which provide a deep clean while being gentle on our teeth and gums. Ask your dentist, they will tell you the softer the bristles the better.
The Floss: Both varieties of floss are black, why? Besides looking cool (can floss look cool? We think so!) it actually has a purpose.
Dental and Hygiene schools use black floss to show students more fully how effective their flossing can be (maybe a little gross but useful). By using black floss, you will see how much stuff is in those teeth and therefore, hopefully give you some feedback as to why it is so important to floss. And by doing this we hope we all will floss more!
I HAVE A LARGE FAMILY, HOW DO I ADD MORE BRUSHES TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?
First thing, we would like to thank Brad and Angelina for this question.
To answer your question Brad, it is actually quite simple. Select a package (lets say you and Angie select “The Lovers Pack”) add it into the cart. You then, can link into the store from that page and select as many additional brushes as you need and add them to your ongoing package.
HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Our goal is to make your life as easy as we can. If you ask your dentist, they will tell you that you need to change your toothbrush at least every three months.
We have talked to MANY people before we launched, we know that some people change their brush more frequently than that. You can choose your package and customize it to fit your preferences and needs. Subscriptions are set to every 2 or 3 months.
Depending on what you choose we will process your card every 2 or 3 months and will ship your package out right away. If you every want to make changes you can go onto your profile and adjust things the way you need them, or get ahold of us and we will change it for you!
DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEW?
Yes, it will continue until you decide to not give us your final rose (in other words, until you cancel). We will then walk out to our cars and cry while filming ourselves on our phones.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
Currently we are shipping to the US and Canada.
YOU SELL REPLACEMENT HEADS FOR ELECTRIC BRUSHES WHICH ONES DOES IT WORK WITH?
Most Sonicare brushes, including Sonicare Diamond clean, Diamond Clean Compact, and Sonicare Pro Results.
We are developing a head compatible with Oral B brushes and hope to have that available soon.
