What is Pearlesque Box?

How Much Does The Monthly Subscription Cost?

Pearlesque Box is $39.95/month, including shipping to US residents. International Shipping rates apply. We have prepay options available for 3 months, 6 months and 12 months at a discount.

When Will I Be Billed? 

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a monthly payment cycle, and you will be billed for your first box at the time of sign up.  Subscriptions will automatically renew by month until you cancel your monthly subscription or opt out of yearly renewal.

After your first box has shipped, you’ll start with our regular billing and shipping cycle. We bill regularly on the 20th of each month, and ship by the 15th of each month.

For prepay subscriptions you are automatically charged for the full amount upon subscribing. Cancellations are NOT permitted; non-refundable.

Where is my Pearlesque Box?

For new subscribers, you have until the 5th of that particular month to receive that months box. If you sign up on the 6th of the month or after that date, you will receive the next months box. You will follow the regular billing and shipping cycle as noted in the billing question outlined.

Here are a few things to look out for when tracking your shipment:

1. Please note that it may take up to 72 hours for your tracking information to load. You can find your tracking by logging into your account at PearlesqueBox.com, under Account Settings.

2. Is your billing information up to date? We may not have been able to bill you this month. If this is the case, check your email for a message from us with next steps to get your information updated.

3. Our shipments must travel by ground in accordance with USPS postal code.

4. There are many times that USPS will update tracking information prematurely. If it has been 3 business days or more since your package was incorrectly marked delivered, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us so we are able to investigate further.

5. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for lost or stolen boxes.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

While we hope you’ll continue discovering new brands and products along our journey around the world, we understand that you may have found the perfect products for your beautiful skin!

If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. Just head to your “Account Settings” and click the red link under the “Subscriptions” category labeled “Cancel Subscription”. Once your cancellation is confirmed via email, you will not be billed again or receive any additional boxes. However, you must cancel by the 5th of the month, or your cancelation will go into effect the following month and you will still receive the current month’s box.

For prepay subscriptions cancellations are not permitted; non-refundable.

How Do I Use A Promo Code?

Promotional codes are account specific, so please be sure you are logged into your Pearlesque Box account. You will be able to add your code into the “Promo Codes” field in your cart, before you proceed to checkout. If you do not see this field, please return back to your shopping cart rather than proceeding to checkout.  The field should then be visible!

What Is Your Shipping Policy? Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Shipping is free for the subscription box for US residents. International shipping rates apply outside of the US.

What If I Only Want One Box?

If you would only like one box, you are able to subscribe to the “monthly” box and cancel your monthly subscription any time before the next billing cycle.  It is upon your responsibility to cancel or skip the next month before the billing cycle on the 19th, no exceptions permitted.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

You can pay for your monthly subscription with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit cards, or debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks, money orders, or Visa gift cards or PayPal.

How Do You Ship Boxes Each Month?

We are required by USPS to ground-ship all of our boxes. According to the United States Postal Code, the contents of the boxes are considered “hazardous” and are not allowed to be air-shipped.

We use two shipping methods to get the boxes to our members. First, the boxes are sent from our headquarters in Los Angeles to your local post office via our shipping partner, where they are then handed over to the care of USPS. Once your box has been handed off to your local post office, the tracking number we give you activates in USPS, which explains why you may see a lag period before your tracking information updates again.
