When will my PostBox subscription ship?
Once you place your order, your PostBox will ship by the 5th of the following month. (For example, if you place your oner on June 14, your first box will ship on or by July 5.)
Our boxes are always scheduled to ship by the 5th of the month-unless it falls on a weekend or holiday, in which case we ship the next business day.
We will send an email confirmation with tracking information when we ship you box so you’ll know exactly when your package will arrive.
In rare cases, unanticipated factors such as inclement weather could delay the arrival of your box. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the circumstances. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected]
How will my PostBox subscription box ship?
Your PostBox subscription box will ship via USPS Priority Mail. It should arrive at your door within 2-3 business days after shipping.
Do you offer upgraded shipping?
At this time, we do not offer upgraded shipping options.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Once a subscription order has been place, the initial subscription cannot be canceled.
The 1 month subscription plan automatically renews each month. Monthly subscribers may cancel future PostBox subscription plans by the 15th of the month for the following month’s subscription box. There are not cancellation fees. Simply log into your account and under [Subscriptions], click on “Billing” to cancel your subscription. *Please note, you must cancel by the 15th of the month to avoid receiving the following month’s shipment.
Sorry, we do not honor cancellations or refund any pre-paid long-term subscription plans (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month)
What is the return policy?
We put a tremendous amount of thought, time, and energy into selecting products for your PostBox. Pay the gift forward and share with a friend or loved one. Simply, all sales are final. Thanks for understanding.
