Does my subscription Auto-Renew?
Yes. Regardless of which subscription you choose it will auto-renew . To discontinue your subscription ensure that you cancel it prior to your next renewal date. If you have any questions, concerns, or difficulties simply contact us at email@example.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
When will I be charged for my Prix Fixe box subscription?
You will be charged on the first of each month as your subscription renews. If you are a first time purchaser ordering between the 1st and the 21st of the month you will be charged immediately and will receive the current month’s box. If you sign up between the 22nd and the end of the month your card will be charged immediately and you will receive the next month’s box. After you have received your first box your card will be charged on the 1st of each month that you stay subscribed.
Are there any hidden fees?
Each subscriber will be charged sales tax and a flat shipping fee. Shipping is $3.50 within the US for both subscriptions and items purchased in the store. We are currently working on being able to serve customers internationally.
When will I receive my Prix Fixe box?
We start preparing our boxes at the beginning of the month and will ship them as soon as possible. Your box will arrive at your door no later than the 15th of each month. If you are a new customer your package will arrive no later than 2 weeks after your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We recently deactivated our international shipping but intend to start it up again once we have found the most effective ways to share our products with customers from around the world.
How do I switch my subscription?
If you have prepaid for a year, you can only upgrade your subscription. To do this, simply write us an email telling us the subscription that you would like to upgrade to. We will bill you the difference. If you are a monthly subscriber, simply log in to your account and change your subscription plan.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Sure. Just sign in to your account and cancel your current subscription. But remember that once you are billed, you will receive a box that month.
Can I send someone else a subscription or a gift?
Absolutely. Simply fill in their shipping information and mark it as a gift at checkout. You can also add a personal message that will be included in their first box.
Can I change the color of jewelry I’m receiving?
Prix Fixe will send a mix of both gold and silver pieces each month. However, if you would like to receive more of one color than the other, please shoot us an email and we will try our best to honor your preferences going forward.
How do I change my address if I move?
Log in to your account and edit your shipping information as soon as possible. We will try our best to make the changes before shipping.
What happens if I get a new credit card?
Log in to your account and edit your credit card information with your new card.
Can I return my Prix Fixe box?
Once your box has shipped your purchases is final. Because Prix Fixe donates a portion of your sale to charity, we are unable to offer return service. If you are unhappy about our service, please let us know so that we can aim to serve you better.
Can I buy any of the jewelry that was in my Prix Fixe box?
All pieces that we are selling individually will be listed in our store. If you want a piece from your Prix Fixe box that is not listed, just shoot us an email and we will do everything in our power to help.
Why can’t I choose a charity when I shop in the store?
Currently we can only offer this experience to subscribers, but while we work on adding this experience to our shop we are going to donate 10% each month to 1 of our 5 charities.
Why does Prix Fixe only allow customers to pick from five charities?
To ensure that we are able to create a measurable impact through our donations, it is important that we give at a significant level. The best way to do this is by consolidating our donations into five carefully picked organizations.
How does Prix Fixe choose their list of charities?
Based on issues that Prix Fixe feels are most relevant to today’s consumers, we have selected five charities with proven track records of tangible impact in their respective causes.
