Scentwist is a monthly fragrance subscription box. Every month choose from over 1000 authentic designer fragrances. If you’re not sure what to choose or like surprises, let one of our professionals choose a fragrance for you. Every box comes with a 30-Day supply of fragrance and in your first box you receive a case to house your fragrance. When you sign up you will select the color of your case from one of our nine colors. It doesn’t stop there, every 4 months we’ll send you another case on us!

1) How long before I receive my first month’s subscription?
– Currently all first month boxes will be shipping the 10th of the following month of subscription. Please allow 3-5 business days after for arrival. We are working to expedite the process and get your Scentwist out the door. Every month there after your order will be shipped on the 10th allow 3-5 business days for it to arrive.
2) When will my credit card be charged?
– Your credit card will be charged immediately on the day you sign up for Scentwist. You will be automatically billed on the same day every month thereafter.
3) Can I pay my subscription upfront?
– Yes, you can pay your subscription upfront by upgrading to our 3-month, 6-month or 12-month plan and receive discounted pricing for paying upfront. Paying upfront can also be done at your initial time of subscribing. After your pre paid plan expires it will renew automatically and or you can downgrade to our month to month.
4) How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
– We are sad to see you go, but you may cancel at any time before the 10th of the month inside of your customer dashboard under your profile.
5) What will I receive each month?
– Each month you will receive an 8ml/0.27 fl oz vial of fragrance of your choice. On your first month your vial will be accompanied with a chic twist case to house and protect your fragrance. (A new twist case is shipped to you for free every 4 months)
6) How does the twist case work?
– Your twist case comes with the vial already inserted and in the closed position. To use twist the case, twist it clockwise to reveal the sprayer, twist it counter clockwise to hide the sprayer. To replace the vial, twist clockwise to reveal sprayer and pull the vial up and out of the case.
7) How do I choose my fragrance each month?
– When you log into your account at the top you will see a men & women’s tab. Here you can search for any fragrance or use the recommended list given by our Scentwist experts. When you find the fragrance you like simply click add to queue to add it to your list. Each month select your desired fragrance by the lock in date (last day of every month). If you were not able to choose a fragrance by the lock date do not worry we will send you a fragrance picked by our experts.
8) What do I do if I forgot to choose my fragrance for this month?
– We leave no one empty handed! If you have not selected by the cut off date our Scentwist expert will select a fragrance for you that you will love!
9) Do you offer men’s cologne?
– Yes we offer men’s cologne. Simply click the men’s tab at the top of your screen and you can begin searching through all the men’s colognes available.
11) What do I do if I’m allergic to some fragrances?
– We recommend inquiring with you medical professional if you feel you are allergic to some fragrances. Scentwist does not give medical advice.
11) Can I alternate my subscription through men & women’s?
– Yes in your customer dashboard you will see at the top women which display all our fragrance’s for women & men which display’s all our fragrances for men. Feel free to choose from which ever.
12) Is Scentwist safe to travel with?
– Yes Scentwist is safe to travel with & meet requirements given by TSA. Visit their website https://tsa.gov/travel/security for more information.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
13) How much am I charged for shipping & Handling?
– Shipping is and always will be free on anything purchased on http://www.scentwist.com with no minimum amount required.
14) Where do you ship?
– We currently only ship to the United States of America.
15) How do I track my order?
– You will receive an email with detailed tracking instructions or you can login to your account and inside your customer profile there is an orders tab where tracking information is available for your orders.
16) How long before I receive my order?
– Your first subscription is shipped immediately upon placing your order. Allow 1-2 business days to process & 3-5 business days after for arrival. Every month there after your order will be shipped on the 10th allow 3-5 business
days for it to arrive. Any order outside the subscription will be processed with in 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days after.
17) Do you charge sales tax?
– Sales tax is only charge for customers in the state of Florida at 7%
18) How much does a Scentwist subscription cost?
– We offer 4 plans. Month to month at $14.95/month, 3 Months prepaid at $44 6 Months prepaid at $82 & 12 Months prepaid at $162.
19) What type of payment methods do you accept?
– We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
20) How can I update my credit card?
– Login to your Scentwist account & under your customer profile click personal info to update credit card information.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
21) What is your return policy?
– We do not accept any return or issue any refunds on subscriptions please choose your fragrances carefully. Full size bottles & a la Carte are non refundable but will be replaced if defective or damaged in shipping.
