Part & Parcel Introduces Social Mission

When we launched Part & Parcel a year ago, we always knew we wanted to incorporate a social mission into the company. For us, greeting cards aren’t just a business – they’re a way to connect people. So we wanted to go beyond selling subscriptions, and spread joy to those who need it most. Now we’re finally realizing that vision, and we’re so excited to share it with you!

Starting today, we’ll be teaming up with a different non-profit each quarter to help #sendmorehappiness to those who need it most. Given our affinity for snail mail, each of these inspiring organizations will aim to lift someone’s spirits with a handwritten note.

For every new Part & Parcel subscription, we’ll send a handwritten card to someone who needs a little extra support. Our partner organizations will help facilitate the delivery, making sure each letter gets into the hands of someone who could use that extra pick-me-up that a handwritten card provides. Prefer to send your own note? We’ll include a pre-addressed, pre-stamped card in your monthly subscription delivery to make it easy. Don’t have time? No biggie – we’ll happily write a note on your behalf.

Our first partner in this new endeavor is an organization called Girls Love Mail. We’re excited to announce that throughout the months of April – June all new subscribers, as well as our current subscribers, will have the ability to participate in the partnership. Girls Love Mail is an extraordinary organization that collects handwritten letters of encouragement, bundles them, and sends them to women newly diagnosed with breast cancer. As a woman-owned business, we all know someone affected by breast cancer and the toll it can take emotionally on the diagnosed and their family.

We’re thrilled to be working with Girls Love Mail to send a little more happiness the old-fashioned way, and we hope you’ll join us in supporting this wonderful organization.
