Eternally In Amber Review January 2017

Eternally In Amber is the first hair accessories bi-monthly surprise box. Bows and hair ties are great, but what about the essentials? Every other month, you will discover artisan-crafted hair accessories, limited edition travel size hair combs, and inspiring ways to have more fun with your hair for all ages. They kindly sent us this box for review.

Eternally In Amber has been around for just over a year, but this will be my first time reviewing the hair accessory subscription box. I’m actually very excited about the idea of a subscription box for hair accessories. Every girl knows that hair accessories go missing just as often (if not more) than socks. I am constantly misplacing my elastics, bobby pins and clips. I think Eternally In Amber is a great idea.

January Theme

The theme for the January box is Classy Classics. The product card says:

This month is all about the classics. We are starting you off with the necessary necessities to help you style the perfect look for any occasion.

Misty Brown Geo Hair Clip Set

Add a bit of flare as you secure those fly aways in place.

I love, love, love these! I desperately needed some clips like this. I like to use these when I pull half of my hair back and leave the rest down. I will get a lot of use out of these.

White/Cream Swirl Mini Hair Claw

Use this mini cutie to pull back hair or make a mini pony.

These kind of clips are the perfect addition to any hair accessory collection. You can use these a number of ways. To quickly pull you hair back while you wash your face, to hold hair up while you curl it, and to style it of course.

Mahogony Granite Side Comb

This is just what you need to create an easy updo.

Oh my goodness!! My Mom use to wear combs like this all the time when I was growing up. So not only does this bring back amazing memories, it’s also a piece I’ve wanted to add to my hair accessory collection for quite some time.

PS – I found the cutest blog article on how to use side combs and it is making me want to go out and purchase a few more – see the article HERE

Eternally In Amber Review January 2017 – Final Thoughts

Well isn’t this just the cutest subscription ever! I love my first Eternally In Amber. This really is a genius idea, especially for girls like myself who have long hair and randomly lose hair clips on a regular basis. The hair comb is my favourite, and I had a lot of fun looking up different ways to use it. This box was a pleasant surprise, I’m so glad I go to review it. The total value of the box is $32 and the cost is $25. Eternally In Amber is a convenient way to spice up your hair accessory collection with some really cute pieces. I’m very happy with my first box.

XOXO
