Oh my goodness!! I have been waiting for this box to arrive. I got to review Heart + Honey for the first time in January and I was unbelievably impressed with the professionalism of this brand new Adult Subscription Box. They won me over after only one review and that doesn’t happen too often. I usually like to see 3 boxes before I make my final decision about a subscription box. But not with Heart + Honey……I had a good feeling about this box from the get go.

This month’s theme is Positivity and the choice to embrace it. We encourage you to make a conscious choice to release negative energy that dampens libido and passion, and basically wreaks havoc on your well-being. Identify the negative thoughts and feelings taking up space in your mind and release them ceremoniously. Instead feed feelings of love and acceptance for others, and especially yourself. Life isn’t perfect, but the conscious decision to take charge of your emotions and your outlook is empowering……and try to find something sexier than empowerment.
Oh my goodness! This month’s Heart + Honey box is speaking to my heart. I absolutely LOVE this theme. It resonates with me as it is something I practice on a regular basis. A couple years ago I started saying goodbye to all the negative aspects of my life, whether it was a friend, a family member, a job, a feeling, you name it. I slowly started eliminating them from my world, and let me tell you……it is the best thing I ever did. Empowering is an understatement.
I can’t wait to see what sort of positivity items they included for us this month…..
Frequency Positivity Spray
Visualize warm spring breezes, fresh citrus, and sunshine. This citrusy blend of lemon, orange and lemongrass is rounded out with a touch of rosemary and peppermint. The pure essential oil blend is floated on top of pink Himalayan saltwater with golden jade (jasper) stones to help elevate your spirit. To use, shake the bottle vigorously and allow the golden jade to blend the essential oils and Himalayan saltwater, spray, breathe, and be positive.
It’s official, I am already in love with this month’s box. This particular item is right up my alley. I love essential oils almost more than I love coffee and wine, and lemongrass is definitely a favourite. I have been spritzing this around my head every couple of hours today and can’t get enough of it.

This is another item that excites me. I actually have it in my diffuser as we speak and it is making me very happy. It’s a lovely scent.

Handmade soap is my weakness. I refuse to buy regular soap now that I have been spoiled with the natural, handmade version. This bar contains the same ingredients as the spray and the oil – lemon, orange and lemongrass & rounded out with a touch of rosemary and peppermint.
Frequency Rose & Lavender Sachet
This is such a simple little item, but a great one nonetheless. I love little touches like this. These are the items I love to receive but never go out and purchase on my own. I will place this in one of my drawers.

Heart + Honey Review April 2017
I think I am Heart + Honey‘s biggest fan. This subscription box speaks to me. I absolutely love the combination of adult products with the wellness theme. No one else caters to both of these things in one box. Heart + Honey has created a niche market for themselves and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I also have to point out their gorgeous packaging, fun logo and pretty product cards. Not to mention the fact that they have AMAZING customer service. This is one instance where I can confidently say that the team behind the box practices what they preach. That’s not always the case with subscription boxes so I think it is important to point out. I may have received this box for review purposes but I would absolutely, 100%, purchase this box on my own as well. If I were on the hunt for a subscription box to purchase as a treat for myself…..this would be it.
