All Around Vegan Review January 2019
All Around Vegan is a Vegan & Cruelty Free Subscription Box that provides customers with Lifestyle products, Nutritional products, Bath & Body products, and Activism Products every month. They kindly sent us this box for review.
If you read my blog on a regular basis you will know that I have been living a vegan lifestyle for quite some time. And I have to tell you…..it is SO nice to see more vegan products on the market each and every year. This includes Vegan Subscription Boxes. I absolutely LOVE the fact that there are boxes like All Around Vegan that focus specifically on vegan products. Whether it be snacks, skincare, books, or lifestyle products. It’s a pleasure to review a box like as it gives me the chance to discover new vegan goodies each month.

Here’s a peek at the items in my January box…..
Vicia Vegan Energy Bar
Some awesome new vegan products have come to the market this past year and we are starting off with Vicia’s Vegan Energy Bars. These bars are vegan, gluten-free, soy-free, non-gmo, and almost addicting. We’ve included Almond Noir, as well as the Cafe Mocha flavours.
I LOVE that we are starting things off with a new product and I LOVE that they included two of them. These bars are made with pea protein and sweetened with dates. Each bar has around 210 calories and 9 grams of protein.
Health Warrior Chia Bar
Our second snack items for this month are two Health Warrior Chia Bars! Chia seeds are a great source of Omegas-3’s and provide health benefits in areas ranging from brain health to preventing heart disease. These bars make convenient snacks and we’ve included two flavours – Banana Nut & Acai Berry.
Here we have another new snack bar and I am super excited about it. I love anything made with chia seeds and I love the size of these bars. They are smaller than your typical bar and each one only has 100 calories and 3 grams of sugar.
Splitz Pea Crisps
Our last snack item for this month is a pack of Splitz Pea Crisps. Unlike potato or corn chips, these crisps are made with yellow split peas and spices.
All Around Vegan did a really great job with the snacks this month. As much as I love my snack bars, I love crunchy snacks even more. These crunchy crisps are made with pea flour and are flavoured with turmeric and cumin.
Vegan Forest Nymphs Soap
Our Bath & Body item this month is from Vegan Forest Nymphs. Their products are vegan, cruelty-free, handmade and always smell amazing. This month we’ve included their Meli Apple Soap.
I love receiving soap bars in my subscription boxes. I use them in the guest bathroom and in the shower. This one smells just like apples and it is topped with dried flowers.
Living the Farm Sanctuary Life by Gene Baur
Our lifestyle item this month is a copy of Living the Farm Sanctuary Life by Gene Baur. Gene Baur is a pioneer in the vegan & animal rights movements, and he started by rescuing animals in the 1980’s before he was aware that veganism was a practiced lifestyle. Whether you’re new to veganism, or have been vegan for years, this awesome book has something for everyone in it. It covers Gene’s journey from animal activist, to becoming vegan, to starting his vegan sanctuary – Farm Sanctuary. It covers tips for the lifestyle, health, reducing stress, adopting animals, as well as a full recipe book with some of the best dishes we have seen.
One of the things I like most about All Around Vegan is the fact that they include books from time to time. The book we received this month is full of information and it has some amazing recipes as well. Everything from salads, to soups to desserts and everything in between.
Our activism item for this month is a print that displays many of the reasons why people adopt a vegan lifestyle. Great to display anywhere or frame.
All Around Vegan Review January 2019 – Final Thoughts
All Around Vegan did a wonderful job with the January box. It’s a nice little start to the New Year. I got to discover some new snacks, I have a lovely new soap for the shower, a great print that reminds me why I became vegan in the first place and a new book to read when it is rainy and cold outside. I have been quite happy with my All Around Vegan boxes as of late and I’m looking forward to seeing what they have in store for us this coming year. The subscription itself is still fairly new and I look forward to seeing it evolve as time goes on.
