Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the February box…….

Cedarwood, Himalaya Essential Oil ($14)

Grown exclusively in the Himalayas where the bark and twigs are steam distilled to produce an exceptional cedar wood essential oil.

Eucalyptus Lemon Essential Oil ($14)

Lemon Eucalyptus is the sister of the popular eucalyptus but coupled with lemon undertones. It is a wonderful essential oil that shares many of the same attributes of eucalyptus. Energizing, invigorating, and therapeutic.

Every month we receive two new essential oils and I’m tempted to say this is my favourite part of the box. Seriously, you should see my oil collection, it is amazing and I’m able to diffuse a new oil or a new blend of oils on a regular basis. All thanks to Bombay & Cedar.

The cedarwood is going to come in handy because it eliminates coughs and the eucalyptus will be a great addition to the kitchen as a room deodorizer.

Dark Salted Almonds Organic Chocolate ($3.99)

A classic transformed into a bold and sophisticated indulgence with roasty-toasty almonds covered in deep Ecuadorian chocolate and a sprinkling of fleur de sel.

Oh my goodness, it’s a wonderful day! I don’t know why, but a simple bar of chocolate can make me so darn happy. It’s probably the least expensive item in the box, but to me it’s one of the most exciting. It’s probably because I don’t buy chocolate for myself and I don’t keep it in the house. So, when I receive a quality bar of chocolate in one of my boxes it feels like an extra special treat.

Love Who You Are by Compendium ($9.95)

A screen-printed cover and bright Wibalin binding enclose charming illustrations and messages of encouragement. Begin by loving yourself. Love the tomorrows you’re heading into. Love that you will end up doing more than you can imagine.

How cute is this book? I appreciate the simplicity and I love the message. How perfect would this be as a bedside book? You could read a new page each evening before bed or each morning before starting your day.

Clear Skin Advanced Spot Treatment ($28)

Concentrated blend of superior botanicals targets the appearance of spots for a brighter, revitalized complexion. It purifies acne-prone skin without harsh, drying or irritating ingredients, improving surface texture for healthier-looking skin. One drop is all you need to rejuvenate your skin.

This little bottle of spot treatment will be the perfect addition to my skincare routine. I’m pretty lucky when it comes to acne and spots but I do get the odd one here and there and I love that I now have a treatment for said spots.

Baobab Fruit Sprinkler ($17.99)

Packed with nutrient rich vitamins and minerals. The fruit dries naturally in its pod – nothing added. The nutrient rich fruit boosts immunity, sustains energy, supports healthy digestion, and nourishes the skin. Its fiber keeps you full and satisfied.

This is perfect! I’m on a bit of a health kick right now and am looking to amp up my smoothie intake as well as my smoothie ingredients. It was actually the January Bombay & Cedar box that got me thinking about my diet. We received a few samples of Moringa Powder which is a complete plant protein and includes a full serving of veggies. Now we have a full-size bottle of Baobab Fruit Sprinkler which boosts immunity, sustains energy, supports healthy digestion and nourishes the skin.

Devon Glass Tumbler by Ello ($12.99)

Smoothies approved. Whether you drink smoothies, iced tea, juices, or water, everything tastes better in glass. The Ello Devon 20 ounce glass tumbler with straw is designed for enjoying your favourite beverage on the go.

Eeek! This month’s box just keeps getting better and better. This tumbler is super cute and absolutely perfect for my new smoothie routine. I love travel mugs because I like to be able to take my drinks with me wherever I go. Now I can mix up a quick smoothie with protein, a banana and my Baobab Powder and head out the door.

Mini Scentifier Diffuser ($10)

The Mini Scentifier uses a silent fan to broadcast your favourite essential oils. Its rotating color lights are a delightful addition to this palm-sized fan diffuser.

Believe it or not but I have been waiting for a fan diffuser to show up in one of my Bombay & Cedar boxes and here it is!!! This mini diffuser will be the perfect addition to my office. I currently only have one diffuser in my house and I am constantly moving it around from room to room. Now I can keep one in my bedroom and one in my office.

Renewed Pumpkin Walnut Facial Cleanser by Feel ($28)

Let your face in on the action with the glow-unleashing power of Renewed. Each time you lather up, pumpkin infuses the skin with Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Zinc, and Vitamin A and C, while walnut powder unleashes its talent as a tiny masseuse with gentle exfoliation.

I really love discovering new skincare brands and this one looks like it’s right up my alley. It has great branding, cute packaging and their products are made without parabens, sulphates, or silicones.

Thank You Gift

If you shared your box on social media last month you have also received a special gift as a thank you for spreading the word about our box.

I’ve had my eye on this little gadget since I saw it as a spoiler for the limited edition December box. It’s said that cleaning the tongue every morning is considered as important as brushing your teeth! This little tool will reduce bacteria nasties on your tongue and keep breath smelling fresh!

Bombay & Cedar Review February 2018 – Final Thoughts

This months Bombay & Cedar box has a total value of $138.92 and it is packed full of products that not only put a smile on my face, but products I am excited to use. Some people worry about ordering subscription boxes for fear of receiving items they won’t use. Well, that is certainly not the case with Bombay & Cedar. I can say with confidence that this is one of the few boxes I receive where I get use out of 90% (if not 100%) of the products each month. This box gives me all the feels. It gives me something to look forward to each month, and it provides me with products that support my healthy lifestyle. I am beyond excited about all of the products we received this month. The curation is absolutely perfect and I had so much fun going through the box. Bombay & Cedar is an experience, from beginning to end. I am their biggest fan.
