Bowzer Box Review May 2019

Bowzer Box is a dog subscription box, based in Canada. Every month they ship their boxes across the country, delivered right to your door step. Included are a variety of quality goods, such as treats, toys, and other samples, from companies across Canada and the USA. Boxes are also customizable, with adjustments and considerations made to the items based on factors, such as the size of your pooch. Finally, each box typically features an info card, and wrapping paper to protect the contents.

Duck Recipe Omega Chews

Each Bowzer Box includes a variety of healthy treat options. This month’s first treats were Duck Recipe Omega Chews, by Full Life for Pets. These snack sized bites are awesome for all dog sizes and have a unique flavour that I have not tried before. They were also made without fillers or by-products, which is something I value as a pet owner. Bowzer Box does a wonderful job of finding different treat options to change up what you offer your pup.

Get Naked Dental Sticks

Next treats included were by Get Naked Dental Sticks, in chicken flavour. The size of these treats are large, great for a bigger dog, though you could break them in half for smaller pooches. Chicken is one of Roxy’s favourite things to eat, so she loved these ones. They are made in the USA and promote healthy skin and silky fur coat.

Northern Dog Biscuit Bakery

The last bag of treats included were by Northern Dog Biscuit Bakery, which is a brand that I have purchased in the past. They are made in Canada with good quality ingredients, and Roxy enjoyed this month’s beef Liver recipe.

This month’s toy was a colourful dog, with long legs and a squeaker. It is made of more durable material but still soft to the touch. It is a good sized toy and is perfect for any playful pooch.

BARK Stick

The last item included is a small BARK Stick, by Northern once again. It is a large single dental chew, in Pumpkin flavour. It was a great snack for Roxy to enjoy while I worked, and it was not too small for a large dog.

Bowzer Box Review May 2019 – Final Thoughts

Overall, this month’s Bowzer Box was wonderful! The treats are all large in size, and it is great to find new local companies to support. Roxy loves to play with the toy that was included this month and is running around with it as I type this. For Canadians looking for a great pet subscription box, I highly recommend Bowzer Box, for their own dog or as a gift option.
