Here’s a look at the items we received in the September Yoga Box…..

Cards for Calm ($20)

The game that helps discourage negative thinking through the use of mindfulness, visualization techniques, and creative thinking. To be played alone or with friends, Cards for Calm will help you create spaces in your day to focus on what really matters to you, to find new ways to deal with anxiety and create structures to pursue your goals.

Sincerely Different Dream Salve ($12)

Lights out! This salve will send you into a realm of sweet dreams. Sweet Dreams salve aids restless sleepers, helping to drift you calmly into a sweet slumber. Just rub some salve onto your temples or wrists, take a deep breath, and relax. Also great for meditation and savasana.

Dream Catcher ($16)

Dream catchers are an ancient spiritual tool used to protect the sleeper from bad dreams. A dream catcher should be hung over the place you sleep and where the morning light can hit it. All dreams will then filter through the dream catcher, where good dreams will glide down the feathers to the sleeper below and bad dreams will get caught in the web and be destroyed by the first beam of morning light. Our dreamcatcher is made with vegan leather, turquoise stones and dyed feathers.

Mini Crescent Moon Necklace ($25)

The moon doesn’t consider one phase better than another, it just glows equally stunning at each turn. A delicate, sterling silver plated crescent moon charm hangs from a delicate silver chain; a reminder that your are equally stunning at every turn in your life.

Hippie Homesteader Dream Essential Oil Blend ($16)

Crafted in small batches with hippie magic. Drift into a restful nights slumber with this sweet and earthy blend. The cedarwood and clary sage help reduce stress and anxiety while the lavender and bergamot act as a mild sedative. Place a little on your wrists and under your ears for a restful night’s sleep.

Miracle Tree 3-pack Sampler Teas ($4)

Created from tea leaves grown from plantations in Sri Lanka, these teas are made with organic certified Moringa products. Moringa leaves contain more than 90 different nutrients, including 47 antioxidants and all 9 essential amino acids. These nutritional teas are designed to balance and improve the body’s cognitive, neurological and physical well-being.

BuddhiBox Review September 2017 – Final Thoughts

This month’s BuddhiBox has a really lovely theme to it. I definitely noticed a sleep/dream theme amongst all the products. I also noticed that BuddhiBox has changed their packaging. They no longer ship their products in the standard logo’d box, instead they ship in a canvas bag. Last month it was tucked inside a mailer and this month it was tucked inside a small brown mailing box. Personally I love a pretty logo’d box but I also appreciate the minimal packaging which is cost-effective and planet-friendly. In regards to the products we received this month, I love the theme and think we received a nice mixture of items.

XOXO
