Caring Crate Review October 2016
Caring Crate Review October 2016
I am a huge fan of Caring Crate. You never really know what to expect when a new subscription box comes on the market. You hope for the best and expect the worst (in some cases) so when a box ends up being fabulous I am always pleasantly surprised. Caring Crate is one of the boxes that ended up being fabulous. I have really been enjoying this box. I am always so interested to see what kind of self-care items they are going to include for us.
Caring Crate Details
If you aren’t familiar with Caring Crate it is a unique, monthly subscription box service for those dealing with mental health issues, chronic illnesses – or anyone who needs a little extra self-care. From mood enhancing aromatherapy and teas, to personal journals and healthy snacks, Caring Crate is the perfect solution to indulging in a little self-care, or gifting a thoughtfully curated box to friends, family & loved ones.
The Box: Caring Crate
What You Get: Each box is a surprise, so they have to keep the full details on the down-low 😉 But they can tell you that each subscription box you receive on your doorstep each month will contain 4-5 full-sized products related to health and wellness. Their boxes are carefully curated with thoughtful product selections and lovingly assembled for you.
Ships to: US & Canada
Shipping Cost: $12.99
The October box is titled “The Reset Box”. They never really give us an explanation to go along with the box theme, but its not hard to figure it out. And, maybe they leave it open to interpretation on purpose. To me “The Reset Box” means it’s time to start over, reset ourselves, and turn the page. Personally, I think September/October is the perfect time to start fresh. I’m already liking this month’s box and I haven’t even looked at the items inside.
The 100-Day Happiness Planner
A planner that focuses on improving your whole self rather than just boosting productivity. This 100-Day planner is designed to help you practice positive thinking, mindfulness, gratitude and more.
Oh my goodness, I am loving this planner. It’s cute, it’s pink, and it’s not your typical day planner….it’s better. It’s a tool to help you shape the way you think and to shift your focus to the positive. I also have to say how awesome it is that we received this towards the end of the year. I like to start my planners in January, and it’s a pet peeve of mine when subscription boxes send them to us at the beginning of the year.
FloraHue Uplift Roll-On
Apply this roll-on to your wrists and neck and let yourself be uplifted and energized by the scent of lemongrass, clary sage, patchouli, and lavender.
I LOVE roll-on essential oils. I have a ton of them but I’m always happy to receive more. I keep a couple in my purse, beside my bed, in the bathroom…..you get the point.
Inner Echo Wish Bracelet
Wear this gemstone bracelet around your wrist for a constant boost throughout your day.
Another item I am absolutely loving. This is the cutest little bracelet and I love the idea behind it. You are supposed to close your eyes and make a wish. Then tie the bracelet on your wrist. When the string begins to fray, you’ll know your wish is on its way. I will DEFINITELY be wearing this.
Chocolate Tofino High Seas Dark Chocolate Bar
This 70% organic dark chocolate bar is packed with flavanols that help to improve focus and boost your mood. Made in Tofino, BC with a dash of Vancouver Island Pacific Sea Salt, and $1 from each bar goes towards protecting ocean wildlife.
Just when I thought the box couldn’t get any better they go and throw in some chocolate. I get happy every time I see chocolate in my subscription boxes. This rounds out the box perfectly!
Caring Crate Review October 2016 – Final Thoughts
Oh my goodness! I am in love with this month’s Caring Crate. This is my favourite box to date. Last month’s box wasn’t really my style, but this month’s box has my name written all over it. I think the mix of products is absolutely perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing. We got treats, jewelry, a body product, and a planner. I would seriously be happy if I received these kind of products every month. Not that I want them to do that, but you get the point. I am a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE fan of this box. You can tell that they really put a lot of thought into each item. It’s nice to see a company practice what they preach.
