Cate & Chloe Review May 2017

Cate & Chloe is a Jewelry Subscription Box. Each month their stylists will pick the most popular styles to send to you. Styles include earrings, bracelets, bangles, necklaces and more to keep you up to date on the latest trends. They kindly sent us this box for review.

Did you see the March Cate & Chloe review? It was easily one of the best boxes I have received from them. The necklace will go down in history as one of the prettiest necklaces I have received in a jewelry subscription box. You can see the review – HERE.

Last month I also went over the subscription details so this time we will get straight to the goods. I was really excited about the May collection and couldn’t wait to see what they sent me this time around.

This month I am reviewing the Full VIP Status box – Three Pieces of Jewelry in your monthly VIP box along with all the other perks! $39.99 per month!

Harper “Majestic” Leather Choker

Harper is hip, cool and confident. She will help you make a statement at a party with the cutest guy, or at your night out with the girls. With Harper on your side be prepared to be complimented all night long.

This particular necklace is a little out of my comfort zone but it’s definitely on trend. Chokers are huge right now. I just haven’t been brave enough to wear one myself. I’m not sure if it is something I can see myself wearing, but at the same time I absolutely love the fact that Cate & Chloe is following the trends. They have provided me with a jewelry item that I wouldn’t purchase myself, one that will get me out of my comfort zone.

Aubrey “Fair” Gold Stacked Jewel Ring

Have all the stackable trendy rings all in one with our Aubrey ring. Featuring earthy jewel tones that’s the perfect piece to go from day to night!

This ring has my name written all over it. I love statement rings, especially when they are gold. This particular ring comes in size 7 so it is too big for me (I am size 5) but I am going to wear it anyways. I think I will be able to get away with wearing it on my thumb. Cate & Chloe’s ring game is on point. Some of my favourites rings have come from this little gem of a subscription box.

Ava “Free” Aztec Drop Earrings

Turn heads with this trendy and tribal inspired piece. The black and gold colorway creates a bold statement and makes it easy to match with for any occasion.

Love, love, love these!! My style preferences are going through some serious changes right now and I actually kind of love it. In the past I would have considered my style a mixture of trendy, classic and feminine. Whereas now I would consider it casual, boho and romantic. Therefore, these earrings are absolutely perfect for me. I never use to be attracted to the aztec trend but now I can’t get enough of it.

VIP Perk of the Month – L’ange Hair Replenish Conditioning Spray

Replenish conditioning spray is formulated with pro-vitamin B5, aloe, chamomile, and wheat amino acids. This light-weight leave-in detangled conditions, adds body and maintains a healthy scalp. And it contains UV protectant that helps color from fading.

Cate & Chloe Review April 2017 – Final Thoughts

I really love my May Cate & Chloe. They picked out some really gorgeous pieces for me this month. The choker will get me out of my comfort zone, the earrings speak to my current style preferences, and the ring is absolutely perfect. Cate & Chloe is one of those subscription boxes I start to appreciate more and more with every passing month. I feel like they are coming in to their own, and they have been adding some really great jewelry to their collection as of late. The most recent “Be Bold” collection is my favourite thus far. I can’t wait to see what they come out with next. This is definitely one to keep an eye one.
