Grounded Goods Review April 2018

Grounded Goods is a purpose-driven monthly subscription of products sourced from farms and companies that are committed to regenerative farming. Each month, you’ll receive a box of beyond-organic food items, body care products and household goods whose raw ingredients were grown on regenerative farms, helping to restore ecosystems and slow down climate change!

Subscription Details

When you sign up for a Grounded Goods subscription you can choose to receive a one-time box or a monthly subscription.

  • Once a month, you’ll receive a box packed full of regeneratively produced, nutrient-dense food items and other goods right at your doorstep.
  • Our monthly shipments go out the first week of the month, around the 7th. Domestic orders in the United States usually take 1-3 days to arrive.
  • The cut-off date for receiving the following month’s box is the last day of the month.
For a monthly subscription, you are rebilled mid-month, after you receive your box.

As someone who is trying to gradually transition to a more “climate-conscious” lifestyle, I am super excited to try out this box! April 2018’s theme is “Self Care, Planet Care.” Here’s a look at what’s inside…

Organic India Tulsi Original

Three sacred varieties of Tulsi with potent restorative powers are blended to create this calming, yet energizing, infusion, offering hints of lemony citrus from Vana, the slightly spicy tones of Krishna, and the calm depth of Rama.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this in my box since I am someone who can’t make it through the day without a cup of tea. Tulsi Original is soothing, uplifting, and absolutely delicious!

Summer Solace Feel Better Tallow Balm

Summer Solace renders suet (the fat from the inside cavity of the cow) from grass-fed cows on organic pastures at Magruder Ranch and Stemple Creek Ranch in California. This balm is a lovely blend of clove, white sage, marjoram, and grapefruit.

WHAT MAKES THIS REGENERATIVE: Stemple Creek Ranch was the first ranch in the US to implement a carbon farm plan and continues to lead the way on regenerative agriculture.

Magruder Ranch also raises grassfed cows using soil-regenerating intensive rotational grazing practices.

Grounded Goods Lavender Bath Salts

I couldn’t be more excited to lay back and relax with aromatherapy scents of lavender. Time to soak my troubles away!

Lani’s Lana Wool Felted Soap

Wool is a natural exfoliant and has antibacterial and antifungal properties. This felted wool soap is a collaboration between Lani’s Lana — a Climate-Beneficial certified fiber ranch in California — and Essential Olive, whose soaps are made with organic olive oil, organic coconut oil, and palm oil.

Grounded Goods Review April 2018 – Final Thoughts

I could tell upon opening the Grounded Goods box that it was packed with plenty of love and care. The presentation is wonderful and the products inside are so impressive! I also got to learn more about regenerate farming in the process which is a plus. This box definitely saves you the time and trouble of researching and purchasing environment-friendly products!
