May Theme & Box Details

Travel back in time to a land filled with enchanted castles, courageous knights, magical dragons, and royal quests! This box has 5 activity kits with everything your child needs to complete each project. The following activities are included: – Dressing like a knight – Building a castle – Training like a knight – A royal quest – Designing a catapult.

#1 Dress Like a Knight

One thing is for sure…..kids LOVE to play dress up. This is a really great activity to kick things off. Any child would love to be a knight for a day. Complete with shield, mask and tunic.

#2 Build A Castle

Another thing all kids love are play houses. This is a castle, but it’s pretty much the same thing as a play house……just better. It even comes with little peg people and stick on clothes. This is amazing!!! I can see hours of fun being had with this.

#3 Train Like a Knight

The third activity is more of a “do” than a “build”. Kids get the chance to train like a knight which goes perfectly with the knight costume.

#4 A Royal Quest

Here we have a Dragon Egg Quest. Knights are in charge of keeping the Kingdom safe so your child is to travel the countryside, find the egg and return it to the cave.

#5 Designing a Catapult

Lastly we get to build a catapult. I love the building activities. Anything you get to create with your hands sounds like fun to me. There’s even a target and pom moms so you can practice your catapult skills.

Kid Wonder Review May 2018 – Final Thoughts

I really think this is a wonderful subscription for children. Kid Wonder boxes are geared towards the age range of 3-6 but a little birdie told me that they will be expanding their product line soon. This subscription is a great way to get young children to use their imaginations, learn, and build things with their hands. Not to mention the fact that with this month’s box specifically they also get to play dress up……what’s not to love. All of Kid Wonder’s completed crafts and materials are specifically designed to be used over and over again which means your child can enjoy the box again and again. Imagine having a few of these on hand, tucked away in the craft closet, for rainy days. I am a huge fan!

XOXO
