Little Life Box Review November 2017
Little Life Box is a Canadian subscription box that gives you the opportunity to sample and experience new green, organic and health conscious products in a convenient and fun way that saves you money. Little Life Box kindly sent us this box to review.
When I am asked about Canadian Subscription Boxes, Little Life Box is one of the first that comes to mind. I would classify them as one of the most popular Canadian Subscription Boxes on the market…..and for good reason. Not only is the price point extremely reasonable, they are also consistent in their offering, professional when it comes to their brand, and they always introduce me to new products……what’s not to love!

Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the November Vegan Box…..
Dried Wild Blueberries – Patience Fruit Co.
These Canadian dried wild blueberries are organic, non GMO, vegan and gluten free!
I love it when we receive full-size products, especially healthy little goodies like these dried blueberries. I like to have dried fruit and a mixture of raw nuts in the pantry at all times. PS – dried blueberries and raw almonds are one of the best snack combos ever, I highly recommend giving it a try.
Electrolyte – Sample – Age Quencher
A quick way to rehydrate with this sugar free electrolyte sample from the Canadian brand Age Quencher!
Hydration is super important, especially this time of year. I feel like people pay more attention to hydration levels in the warmer months but it’s just as important, if not more so, in the cooler months.
Lip Pencil – Cabernet – Laritzy
These incredibly creamy lip pencils are infused with plant oils and waxes to moisturize and protect your lips all day. Wear it alone or under lipstick or lip gloss! They are also vegan, cruelty free, paraben free and gluten free.
LaRitzy is a really great brand. I love that they are vegan and paraben free, but I would really love to receive a different product from their cosmetic line. I feel like we have received their lip pencils before.
Energy & Hydration Sport Beverage – Pro Circuit Endurance
This energy & hydration sport beverage is made in Canada and contains electrolytes, vitamins and minerals to replenish you before and while working out.
Another hydration supplement, it looks like Little Life Box and I are on the same page when it comes to Winter hydration…..so important.
Sharp Vision – A. Vogel
It protects the eyes by its antioxidant action and prevents macular degeneration. For tired eyes and night vision improvement.
Oh……this arrived at the perfect time. My eyes have been extremely dry and tired as of late. I haven’t experienced this before and I am wondering if it is a symptom of the weather change. Either way, I am extremely happy to see these in the box.
Snack Bar – Taste of Nature
A delicious, non GMO, organic and gluten free snack bar!
I’ve had these bars many times before. I’m happy to see them in the box, and happy we received two. These will be my travel snacks.
Protein Gummies – Herbaland
Herbaland VeganFiber Protein Gummies, a strong, healthy choice!
- Gummy for adults
- Workout supplement
- Helps muscle recovery and growth
- Made with Exceptional quality organic, non-GMO and fair trade ingredients
- Fully plant based formula
- Made free of all allergens at a certified gluten free facility
Oh……this is exciting. I love discovering new supplements. I am very intrigued by these. I love that they are vegan, have 10g of protein and only 1g of sugar. They almost sound too good to be true……I can’t wait to try them.
Nutritional Shake – Chai – Sample – Vegan Smart
This nutritional shake is non-GMO, vegan, gluten free, soy free and dairy free.
Protein samples like this are really great to have in the pantry. I save them for road trips, or days when I know I will be away from the house for more than a few hours. I also really love chai protein as it is a nice change from the vanilla flavour I usually get.
Dried Fruits & Nuts – Antioxidizer – Sample – Handfuel
Handfuel’s mixture of raw walnuts, pecans, and dried fruits provides a balanced assortment of antioxidant packed fruits and raw nuts that are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids. Fuel up with this perfect combination of taste, energy, and antioxidants!
I will never get sick of receiving individual-sized packages of trail mix. Never! This is the best emergency snack. When I am really hungry I find that walnuts and pecans do a really great job of filling me up.
The Finer Cookie
These handmade cookies are chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They are gluten free too!
This is a fun little treat. I received Cinnamon Chocolate Date Truffle, but I think subscribers could have received other flavours as well.
Orange Naturals MagPop
Want to do your body a favour? Give it some magnesium. Now, there’s a refreshingly fun, fizzy way to get it. Introducing MagPop!, a new magnesium infused effervescent drink that dispenses an ample dose of magnesium glycinate, vitamin C and electrolytes with every serving. All you have to do is add water, watch the fizz and enjoy!
This is another exciting product. I have to take iron supplements because I am prone to low iron levels. And…..it’s a really good idea to take magnesium with your iron. This would be a great alternative to swallowing yet another pill……
Little Life Box Review November 2017 – Final Thoughts
Here’s the thing with Little Life Box. I have always been a fan of this subscription and always will be, but it can be a bit deceiving to the eye. Some months I will open the box and feel a little underwhelmed because I compare it to some of my other boxes that are packed to the brim with a ton of exciting items. But, don’t let appearances fool you. Once you dig in and start going through the items you will discover that the box is a lot more exciting than it appears. Take this month’s box for example, at first glance when I opened the box, I wasn’t too sure if I was going to like it. But now that I have taken the time to go through each item I am very excited indeed. I have discover a few new products this month (as I always do) and I have received some really yummy snacks for my purse. My only complaint would be the LaRitzy Lip Liner but that’s only because I would LOVE to receive something else from their makeup line. Long story short, Little Life Box is a really amazing box to receive. I will always love this subscription.
