Here’s a look at the items we received in the June box…..

Linné Botanicals SCRUB Face Mask ($85)

Massage SCRUB into dry skin to unclog pores and promote cellular turnover. Allow to penetrate skin for 2-5 minutes to help stimulate collagen production. Rinse with warm water and sea sponge to reveal radiant skin. Weekly use will help other skincare products more effectively penetrate skin. Follow with REFRESH mist, RENEW face serum and a face oil for best results. Contains alpha-hydroxy acids; sun protection is advised. Sea sponge included.

First up we have an amazing scrub from a reputable brand. Just look at that value! I am beyond excited to give this one a try. I like to use a good scrub at least once a week. I find that it leaves my skin smooth and refreshed.

Naturallogic UNMASK ($77)

UNMASK is not the typical Detox mask. It contains absolutely no traditional clays or powders. It doesn’t need to be prepared. It doesn’t dry on skin or need to be rehydrated in order to reactivate its healing, nourishing benefits.

Instead, it’s gorgeous texture glides over skin and gently sinks in, using activated charcoal, zeolites, burdock root + castor bean to thoroughly purge and purify, while AHA’s + botanical extracts gently exfoliate, stimulating healing + regeneration, clove neutralizes lingering bacteria, and nourishing oils + humectants hydrate, plump + moisturize skin into balanced harmony.

Next up we have a face mask which will be nice to use once a week in addition to the scrub. I like that this one isn’t a clay or powder. I also like that it won’t dry on my skin. I’ve tried masks like that in the past and find that they pull on my skin which can be quite uncomfortable.

Luxe Botanics Camu Brightening Mist ($41)

A refreshing mist nutrient rich in vitamin C, sodium hyaluronate, damascus rose water and soothing botanical antioxidants. An instant pick me up, plumping and priming skin to lock in moisture, leaving a soft, dewy glow.

I like the idea of a brightening mist, especially one that includes vitamin C. My skin responds very well to vitamin C. It moisturizes and brightens my skin. I’ve already tested this one out and it was a nice little pick-me-up.

Trust Fund Beauty Freudian Slip ($19)

Trust Fund Beauty is a cleaner alternative to conventional polishes. Trust Fund avoids using a lot of the toxins found in most nail polishes. This gorgeous lilac purple with pink undertones is bright, fresh and perfect for any spring/summer look!

Trust Fund Beauty is one of my favourite brands when it comes to polish and this color is right up my alley. I tend to go for neutrals but during the summer months I like a bit of color. This is the perfect combo – not too bright and still versatile enough to go with most colors.

Au Naturale Cosmetics High Lustre Lip Gloss ($23)

Au Naturale Cosmetics is one of the cleanest cosmetic companies on the market! This non-toxic High Lustre Lip Gloss in Ultra is super flattering and beautifying for all skin tones. And the cool pink shade even makes your teether look whiter. So what are you waiting for? Get glossy!

This gloss is unbelievably gorgeous but it might be just a little bit out of my comfort zone. I still want to give it a try though. Because just look at that color! I can’t stop admiring it.

Mapleblume Review June 2018 – Final Thoughts

The June Mapleblume has amazing retail value and provided me with gorgeous beauty products as per usual. We received 3 amazing skincare items, a beautiful polish and a gorgeous lip gloss. I already have plans to use the polish when I go for my next pedicure and I can’t wait to test out the scrub and the mask. I feel like they arrived at the perfect time as my skin is in need of a little extra TLC. I also really love the face mist. I’ve used it a couple times now and love how it leaves my skin feeling fresh and moisturized. This will always be a personal favourite but I feel like I have told you that before.

XOXO
