Mommy Mailbox Review September 2017

Mommy Mailbox is a monthly gift that uplifts and rewards motherhood. Each box is curated by a different guest blogger, who shares a piece of her style with you by including her favorite goodies. Items are a mix of fashion, gourmet food, fitness, art, home décor and beauty. They kindly sent us this box for review.

Mommy Mailbox is a really lovely subscription box for us ladies. I love that they feature a guest blogger each month. It’s always fun to see what the theme is, who the guest curator is, what items they chose for us and how they all fit together.

September Theme – Invigorate

Our feature blogger is Jessica Millar, a full-time mom and yoga instructor, specializing in yoga for moms and their kids. She is perfect for our Invigorate theme, as she is always trying to become the best version of herself in all aspects of life, and hopes to inspire other moms to do the same. Whether or not fitness is a big part of your life right now, we think the items in this box are both practical and fun and we hope you’ll get a lot of use out of them.

Here’s a look at the items we received in the September box…..

Athletic Tote by Vine Street Market

This athleisure tote is quick dry, so its great for sweaty gym wear or bathing suits. Take it to the beach, and sand sifts through. Holds a lot but is lightweight – the perfect bag for kid stuff.

I love it when we receive practical items like this in our subscription boxes. I feel like it adds value to the box because it’s such a useful product. Everyone needs a reusable bag, if not a few, and this one is cute in addition to being practical.

Yoga Mat Cleanser by Stonework Studio

An all-natural, gentle disinfectant in a handy size. Perfect for your yoga mat, or any other quick clean-ups. Wipe down a placemat or sticky toy with no fear of harmful chemicals. Great for removing microbial contamination.

I love that this spray can be used for cleaning a number of different things. Don’t get me wrong, I am very happy to have a cleanser for my yoga mat (it was much needed) but I love that I can also use this on my placemats and counters.

Energy Bar by Bumblebar

This Chai Almond bar is organic, gluten-free and vegan friendly. A healthy (but yummy) pre-workout or on-the-go snack to throw in your bag.

These are the kind of snacks I get really excited about. As much as I love to receive chocolate in my subscription boxes, I think I like healthy snack bars even more. I try to have one in my purse at all times so I need all the snack bars I can get.

Facial Mask by Starboard Alchemy

Sea Garden Mask is a dry powder mask made from nutrient-rich French Green Clay and super foods spirulina and kelp. This mask will help to detox your skin and improve elasticity, leaving you feeling amazing. Hello spa day facial at home!

It makes me so happy when I see ingredients like spirulina and kelp when it comes to my beauty products. I’m really looking forward to testing this one out.

Glo Illuminator by Manna Kadar Beauty

Gol Illuminator is an incandescent liquid that lights up your skin, giving it al all over radiance. Mix with foundation or wear alone to provide a luminous glow for all skin types. Use on face and/or body.

Mommy Mailbox Review September 2017 – Final Thoughts

Mommy Mailbox always does such a wonderful job. I find this box to be consistent, professional and not too over the top. I like the simplicity of it. They have a structure to their subscription offering and I appreciate that. Each month features a different blogger, each month has a new theme, and each month we receive 5 items. I like what they are doing and hope they keep it up.

XOXO
