I have always been a fan of MorpheMe Brush Club but it wasn’t until a recent event that I realized how utterly amazing this subscription really is. I’ll explain in more detail below, but let’s just say that the idea behind this subscription and the value we receive each month is pretty darn awesome.

December Details

Sleigh the holidays this year with December MorpheMe brushes from our LiveGlam Brush Club! We’ve got 4 new brushes that’ll have you glistening like a snowflake this season. They’re so good you might think they were handcrafted by Santa himself.

RG18 Round Crease

On the first day of Christmas your true love sent to you… the ultimate round crease brush to make your blending dreams come true. With it’s smaller, precise head, blend out small areas or add more definition. You can also use this versatile brush to create a soft transition or contour that nose to perfection!

Believe it or not, but I was just introduced to round crease brushes the other day. I’ve always used a blending brush for my shadow, but just discovered crease brushes, or in other words, just tested one out for myself and realized how great they are for applying darker shades to your crease.

RG8 Flat Buffer and RG6 Tapered Blush

Time for Santa’s secret weapons! Deck your face with the perfect foundation base or any cream product using the RG8 Flat Buffer. These soft bristles will have your face looking flawless and ready for some glitter for the holidays. Next, get cheeks as rosy as Mrs. Claus’ with the RG8 Tapered Blush Brush, and don’t forget to bake!

Yes, yes, yes!!! My New Years resolution is to start putting more effort into my makeup routine and one of the first things on the makeup list is powder foundation. I just purchased a really great powder (something I’ve never used before) and the best/easiest way to apply it is with a flat buffer brush.

The other thing I will be wearing on a regular basis going forward is blush, I always feel better with a little color on my cheeks, so the tapered brush will be put to good use.

RG24 Blending Fluff

Blend those winter shades into your crease and apply a highlight more mesmerizing than an ornament with this Blending Fluff brush to complete your holiday look! With it’s fluffier bristles, add a softer touch to your eyeshadow to make everything look seamless.

Now this is a brush I am familiar with, and one I am happy to receive. It pairs perfectly with the Round Crease brush and completes my brush set……for now at least.

MorpheMe Brush Club Review December 2017 – Final Thoughts

This month’s MorpheMe Brush Club selection has my name written all over it. I honestly feel like the December brushes were handpicked for me. It’s the perfect makeup brush collection for newbies. I’m making an effort to become more familiar with makeup application and each of these brushes are exactly what I need to get started.

Remember how I mentioned above that it wasn’t until a recent event that I realized how utterly amazing the MorpheMe Brush Club was? Well, the reason being, I had a makeup appointment the other day at a local salon. I was determined to learn how to apply my makeup properly and wanted to learn some new techniques. The appointment went very well and I ended up purchasing a few of the products the makeup artist used on me. One of the products was a flat buffer brush coming in at $50 and the other was a tapered blush brush coming in at $40. So, I basically spent $100 on two brushes and then received the same brushes in this month’s MorpheMe collection for a quarter of the price. If that doesn’t show you just how valuable this subscription is, I don’t know what will. I am officially their biggest fan and will never make the mistake of purchasing makeup brushes from a store ever again. End of story:)

XOXO
