OuiPlease Homme Press Box Review Spring 2019
Every other month, OuiPlease Homme delivers, in the US and Canada, the best French brands in grooming, gadgets, home decor, apparel, accessories and epicure to your doorstep valued at over $350. They kindly sent us this box for review.
OuiPlease Homme is a new subscription box on our website but they have been shipping since 2018. I’ve come across this subscription a couples times in the past but until receiving this first box I didn’t know too much about it. Seeing as we are between their regular shipping dates they kindly sent me a press box to review. The press box is a sampling of products representative of what you would see in a typical OuiPlease Homme box.

Whisky Stones, Set of 9
This is an item from the Volume 1.3 box (the most recent box to ship). Whisky stones are a great product for a men’s box. Such a cool idea and sure to impress guests. These are meant to keep your drink cold without watering it down and ruining the experience and flavor.
Feret Bloc Hyalin After Shave
For after shaving, waxing or as a natural deodorant. Run the block under warm water water and rub it on to your face. The alum will be quickly sooth any irritation and razor burn. Smoothed onto the skin it leaves an invisible film of mineral salt which reduces perspiration.
I believe this is an item from the Winter Volume 1.2 box. I’m actually quite excited about it. It will be perfect for the hubby’s travel bag seeing as it is a multi-tasker. You can use it after shaving, waxing or as a natural deodorant.
Ateliers Auguste Garnier Leather Earphones Holder in Brown

This is another item from the Volume 1.3 box and another must-have for any guy. I don’t know about you but I hate it when my earphone cords get tangled. This little holder is meant to keep them neat and tidy. Great for your gym bag or traveling. It retails for $21.

Here we have an awesome wine bottle opener set and another item from the Volume 1.3 box. This particular product excites me. I don’t drink wine often but I do like to have a glass or two when company comes over and a set like this makes the experience that much better. The aerating pourers in particular are pretty awesome. I’ve used ones like this before and they definitely make a difference.
Archiman 3-in-1 Eye Serum
This 3-in-1 eye serum has been formulated especially for the fragile, sensitive area around the eyes to help you fight more effectively against the signs of age, dark circles and puffiness. I believe this is an item that is going to make an appearance in the Summer Volume 1.4 box. It’s the same brand as the next product and they will complement each other perfectly.

This is our last item from the Volume 1.3 box. It retails for approx. $36 and is a brand I’ve never heard of before. Facial cleanser is something my husband rarely purchases for himself but I do love to have some in the bathroom cupboard for him.
Faguo Cycling Backpack
The CYCLING bag is made for the bike-lovers. This adjustable bag is directly inspired by the bicycle messenger. It is a complete and pretty bag that has been imagined for all travels especially with two pockets : a big one on the front and the other one for computers. It has every characteristic of an outdoor-bag with its flap, its leather clamp, its upholstered back, leather details and its famous pouch on the front. One finds the coconut button on the front that symbols the planted tree.
I’m not 100% sure what box this item was from but there was something very similar in the Volume 1.2 Winter box. It’s easily my favorite out of all the items in my press box. I’m really in to backpacks right now and have been meaning to purchase another one for myself, as well as one for the hubby. They are great for traveling and so much more comfortable than having a big ol’ purse slung over your shoulder. This one is a great color because both the hubby and I can use it. I love the padded straps and the zipper pouch in the back.
OuiPlease Homme Review Volume 1.3 Spring 2019 – Final Thoughts
For my first experience with OuiPlease Homme I am quite impressed. I love that I received a sampling of products from a number of past boxes. It gives me a really great idea of what to expect from this box and so far I am liking what I see. The men don’t have nearly as many sub box options as us ladies so I’m always happy to discover a new one. Looking at some of these products in front of me and browsing through some of their past boxes, I can see that the items subscribers receive in OuiPlease Homme are quality and from reputable brands. I’m really looking forward to seeing more from this box. Particularly the Fall and Winter boxes.
