Sleek Treat is a Sugar-Free Subscription Box with a focus on Low Carb treats safe for pre-diabetics, diabetics and those interested in living healthy without sacrificing gourmet flavor. They Kindly sent us this box for review.
I absolutely love the idea of this subscription box and have from the moment I laid eyes on it. I try to consume as little sugar as possible and find it so refreshing to see a subscription box dedicated to those of us living a sugar-free lifestyle.
Here’s a look at the treats we received in the August box…..
Bhu Fit Double Dark Chocolate Protein Cookie
This flavor encompasses all the sweet greatness of the chocolate chip cookie but one-ups it by being double dark. Yes, it still has 10g of protein, 0g sugar, 9g fiber, vegan, organic, keto, and non-GMO, plus free from dairy, egg, gluten, and soy. This cookie also features our own organic house-made small-batch cashew butter, our specialty monk-fruit-sweetened chocolate chips, and a super tasty blend of organic pea and brown rice proteins.
Now THIS is my kind of protein cookie!! It’s made with pea protein, which is awesome, and the first ingredient is cashews. I feel like you can tell a lot about a snack just by looking at the first few ingredients. I am going to share this month’s box with my Dad but I think this is one of the snacks I will keep for myself.
Eat Me Guilt Free Blondie Brownie
Eat Me Guilt Free Blondie Brownie flavor is probably best described as a pound cake. 22 grams of Protein has never tasted so delicious. Low carb, Gluten Free, Sweetened with Stevia, make for the best blondie brownie on the market today.
This isn’t a vegan-friendly treat but I am still excited about it. Check out this ingredient list:

I’m one of those people who needs to have something sweet after a meal. I like that these can be my sweet treat and they will clean my teeth at the same time. I am super intrigued by this product.

I am super excited that these are vegan. It’s hard to find vegan-friendly candies like this. And if I am going to have a candy it is usually some sort of taffy.
Choc Zero Chocolate Square
ChocZero is special because it contains absolutely no added sugar. Unlike other brands of zero sugar chocolate, ChocZero also contains no sugar alcohols, artificial sweeteners, or additives. Instead we replace sugar with natural, soluble vegetable fiber and monk fruit extract to craft a delicious zero sugar confection.
Ummm…..these sound amazing. They got a little melty in the shipping process, but that won’t stop me from trying them. I had to do a little research on Monk Fruit, which is the sweetener they use, and here’s what I found….
Monk fruit sweetener is created by removing the seeds and skin of the fruit, crushing the fruit, and collecting the juice. The fruit extract, or juice, is around 150-200 times sweeter than sugar and contains zero calories per serving – meaning a very small amount provides a lot of sweetness.
Sleek Treat Review August 2017 – Final thoughts
I am more than happy with this month’s Sleek Treat box. Shonah has reviewed it the last couple months and I forgot how much I like this subscription. As I mentioned above, I share this box with my Dad. This month I will probably keep the chocolate squares, PB2, and protein cookie for myself. Those are the treats that excited me the most. I love that there’s a subscription box for those of us who prefer to stay away from sugar……they are speaking my language!
