January SprezzaBox – The Lexington
Happy New Year! Let’s kick off 2018 with a touch of classic style. The curation of this month has some great quality products and colours that are perfect for any season… and socks that will keep you very warm!
The first thing I noticed about this box upon opening it was the colour! I’m such a big fan of a blue scale. The baby blue, navy, touch of purple in the tie and classic pocket square all jumped out at me!
Basic Outfitters – Socks
Feel more comfort every step of the way with Basic Outfitters’ premium pair of ribbed socks. The cotton-polyester blend creates a soft yet durable texture that is perfect for the winter. Wear them with dress shoes or even boots and jeans.
Such nice socks! I receive a lot of socks reviewing boxes and I could tell immediately that these were different. They are so heavy in comparison to what we normally get and super soft and thick to the touch! The perfect winter sock without sacrificing style.
Twillory – Necktie
Twillory, the talented shirtmaker, has set the tone with this extra soft pin dot tie. One that will virtually match anything so this could make your mornings a lot easier. Ideal outfit would be a white, spread-collar shirt and charcoal or blue suit.
SPREZZA – Tie Clip
An absolute staple in any dude’s collection is a tie clip – or 10 of them. Your collection can range from simple clips like this one to really fun, conversational pieces. It’s all about the details, so we’ve added a stripe in the middle for some extra depth.
The combination of this tie and tie clip is absolutely dapper! I’m totally in love. I really like seeing men’s fashion items, but sometimes it can take a lot to win me over on a certain look. This tie and tie clip is a winning combination and I can’t wait to see it on my man!
Salt + Dapper – Pocket Square
This houndstooth pattern provided by Salt + Dapper makes for a winning pocket square. It will add just the right amount of character when matched with this tie, without overpowering it.
This square adds just the right amount of pizzaz to the tie and tie clip! Such a nice pairing.
Standard Shirt – Collar Stays
Sloppy shirt collars are simply a no-go. And since our subscribers have been asking for collar stays for quite some time now, our NYC neighbours at Standard Shirt hooked you up. Add the perfect finishing touch to your look and stay looking professional with these little guys (comes in two different sizes).
Steak & Scotch – Lint Brush
Brush that dirt off your shoulder… say goodbye to all the fuzzies and annoying lint with this brush. Even better, there’s no sticky roller tape that you need to peel each time. Keep this handy tool in your pocket or bag, so you have it ready when you’re on-the-go.
These are fantastic items to pad out the box! I wont lie, I had to ask my husband what the collar stays were before I read the product card. Thankfully he’s super dapper and he knew! The lint brush is such a perfect item for this box! There is nothing worse than carrying the extra and unnecessary accessory of lint, dog hair, and dirt on your outfit. I think I’ll be keeping this little item in the truck for a last-minute touch up.
SprezzaBox January 2018 – Final Thoughts
Ok, I know I have been receiving this box for a while, but something about it lately is really grabbing my attention! I don’t know if Sprezza has stepped up their game recently or if I’m really just starting to get the vibe of this box, but SprezzaBox the last couple months has really been eye-catching for me. This month in particular is standing out with all that blue! I’m totally in love with the January colors. I can’t wait to pair this up and take my man out on a hot date!
