White Willow Box Review October 2017

White Willow Box is Canada’s leading lifestyle subscription box for women with a stylish flare shipping across Canada and the US. Every two months you will receive four to five full-sized and sample products valued at over $70. They kindly sent us this box for review.

You are probably all familiar with White Willow Box by now as I have been reviewing it for almost two years. I absolutely love this subscription and always have. In my opinion, it’s one of the best subscription boxes based in Canada. It’s a lovely subscription inside and out.

I should also mention that this is one of the most giftable subscription boxes I review. Keep it in mind when you start checking people off your Christmas list. Any lady would LOVE to receive this gorgeous white box.

Here’s a closer look at the items we received in the October box…..

Large Fall Scarf ($34)

Keep warm with these simple yet trendy scarves! They can be worn various ways, elevating your style to the next level while keeping warm – now that’s what every girl on the go needs most! Curated in 3 colors: Dusty Rose, Mocha, or Midnight.

I will never, ever get sick of receiving scarves in my subscription boxes. Especially this time of year. I absolutely LOVE that White Willow Box curated a set of three beautiful scarves for the October box. It’s exactly what I was hoping to receive. And…….I absolutely LOVE the color I received. White Willow Box knows me well:)

Glow Seaberry Face Lotion by Cheri Arome ($22.99)

The beauty secret of ‘geisha’ with Tsubaki Oil, Sea Buckthorn Oil and Rosehip Oil. It provides intensive moisturizing benefits to skin without leaving a greasy after-feel. It helps to make your skin “silky smooth”. No additive color added. Natural orange color from Sea Buckthorn oil. As seen on Dr.Oz and many popular TV shows, Sea buckthorn oil is well-known today for its healing and rejuvenating effects on the skin. It can also help heal burns, cuts, wounds, sunburn, rashes, and other types of skin damage. It is a new superfruit in the market. Tsubaki oil is the beauty secret of ‘geisha’. Tsubaki oil contains a really high amount of omega 9 fatty acid, as well as vitamins A, B, D and E! A and E are potent antioxidants that help repair sun damage while omega 9 moisturizes deeply, especially on dry and matureskin. The oil has a molecular design similar to water’s, which allows it to penetrate into the deepest layers of the skin.

Love this brand and love this lotion. After reading the description I am super excited to incorporate it into my daily skincare routine. I’ve heard lots of amazing things about Sea Buckthorn oil as well as Tsubaki oil but haven’t really tested them out as of yet. I highly recommend checking out the Cheri Arome website, they have lots of amazing products.

Brie Baker by Petite Maison ($19.95)

Indulge in warm, velvety smooth baked Brie and a generous layer of your favourite compote with this French country-inspired ceramic cheese baker. It comes with a bamboo spreader, ceramic lid, and side handles that make serving easy. A durable finish makes it oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. 7” diameter, 3” tall.

Oh my goodness, Ashley is going to pee her pants when she sees this item. There’s no way I could keep this one for myself, even if I wanted to. The minute I saw this in the box I thought of Ashley and knew that this item was meant for her. Brie is an amazing appie for Christmas parties when topped with cranberries and baked in the oven. Luckily we also received a topping kit………

Cranberry & Fig Brie Cheese Topping by Gourmet du Village ($4.99)

Delicious Cranberry Fig Brie Topping. Our toppings make it easy to serve a tasty Baked Brie or Camembert soft cheese at home. Bake and enjoy the delicate flavours as they combine in every mouthful.

I LOVE that White Willow Box included a topping mix to go with the Brie Baker. Pick up some brie and you have a wonderful little dish to take to a Christmas party or to serve as an appie when hosting friends for dinner.

Caramel Cream Lip Conditioner by Scentuals Natural & Organic Skin Care ($5.95)

Our 100% natural, petroleum-free, nourishing lip conditioner is handcrafted to provide long lasting moisture and protection. The silky, gluten free formula utilizes Cocoa and Shea butters to nourish, while creating protective barriers to shield delicate lips from environmental elements, free-radical formation and UV. Each use releases a blend of pure essential oils and the light delicious aroma of rich, creamy caramel.

Oh my goodness, this smells like heaven. It’s sweet and creamy and absolutely wonderful.

White Willow Box Review October 2017 – Final Thoughts

White Willow Box did an amazing job with the October box, but I have come to expect nothing less. I really don’t know how they do it, but they manage to curate a beautiful box every single time. The items are quality and well-thought-out. The entire box gives off a cozy fall vibe. I love ever single item we received and will be keeping them all for myself with the exception of the Brie Baker. That will be going to Ashley, but I also want to keep it for myself. I love that they included such a fun houseware item in the box, it’s the perfect accessory for the holidays. You will look like a star when you show up to holiday parties with such a yummy appetizer in such a gorgeous dish.

Our next box will be the December box and I can tell you right now, based on the December box last year, you won’t want to miss out. If you don’t have a subscription to White Willow Box already, I highly recommend signing up for one now!

XOXO
