Wine to Try: One wine they are extra-excited about this month is this 2015 Spanish red blend from Celler el Masroig. It has a vibrant and powerful core of baked dark fruit, olives and cocoa, making it the perfect companion to any kind of smoky meat dish. They also recommend that you pop it open while watching Orson Welles’ acclaimed 1958 crime thriller Touch of Evil, and while eating some garlic-herb popcorn…but more on that in this month’s box.
