What You Get: Sips by subscribers will receive 4 premium teas from around the world are matched to you monthly based on your Sips by tea profile.
Your teas will make 15+ cups or 45+ re-steeped cups. Your personalized tea box also contains steeping guides, biodegradable tea filters (as needed with loose leaf tea), and exclusive offers from different tea brands.

Can you tell me more about what’s in a Sips by Box?
Sips by Boxes typically contain 4 tea placements. The contents of each Sips by Box will vary from month to month showcasing different tea types, brands, and flavors according to your profile, your product reviews, and other feedback you choose to provide to us. We will do our best to match you with teas you’ll love – but can’t guarantee that you will receive a particular product, brand, or package type (e.g. loose leaf vs tea bag vs tea sachet).
When does my new subscription ship?
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your first box to arrive.
When does my recurring subscription ship?
Subsequent boxes will ship within 2 weeks of your original order anniversary date on a monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE to the United States. Shipping to Canada usually costs $9.50, and shipping to western Europe usually costs $13.50 – $17.00. Please email us at tealover@sipsby.com for specific questions about rates.
How much does a Sips by Box cost?
$15 each month you’re subscribed.
How does the subscription work?
Once you take the tea profile quiz, we build a tea profile for you. You’ll be matched with teas that best align to your preferences, and be able to review the teas you receive on a month-to-month basis, until you decide to skip a month or cancel your subscription. Your reviews will continually improve the accuracy of your tea profile.
What’s the refund policy?
There are no refunds. You will not be eligible for a refund for Subscription fees paid for any orders that have already transacted, due to the fees and charges we’re assessed to accept your order, and the work our team has already begun performing to personalize your monthly selections. Learn more here. Gifts to Sips by act as Gift Cards to apply to new or existing subscriptions. We offer refunds when a Gift Card recipient is not a current subscriber and does not wish to subscribe.
Are there returns?
You may not return any Sips by Box you receive. If you have concerns about the Sips by Box you have received, Contact Us. We will work with you to address your concerns.
