When will I be charged? The initial charge is made immediately after your first order. Next payments will be processed the 15th of the month (or once every 3, 6, 12 months depending on you subscription plan). Payments are made the month before the box has been shipped. For example, if you subscribed from January 1st to 29th you will get the February box.
How can I cancel my subscription? We are sorry to see you go! You can suspend or cancel your subscription from your customer account or by contacting our customer service.
When does my box ship and how long will it take to arrive? Your box is shipped around the 3rd of the month. All boxes are shipped from Japan with SAL method (economy). It takes about 3~5 weeks to reach your home depending on your country.
