GlobeIn Artisan Box is a monthly subscription box featuring favorite products from global artisans. Each box is curated around a monthly theme selected by the editor with the aim of helping you experience new and interesting products and cultures. They kindly sent us this box for review.
Subscription Details
When you sign up for a GlobeIn Artisan Box subscription you have two options to choose from:
- Essential Box ($10 per month): Fight poverty, one artisan at a time. Choose your own products! Receive add-on credit to pick your own selection of ethical and fair trade goods at members-only prices. Join the movement!
- Premium Box ($40 per month): Each Artisan Box is filled with at least $70 in value and includes 4-5 handmade items by artists from around the world.

Palm Leaf Clutch
Don Juan and his wife Juana have been working with GlobeIn in Oaxaca, Mexico for more than three years. Don Juan is an innovative weaver, and is constantly developing new products and weaving techniques that are rarely seen around neighborhood markets.
Whether you’re toting sunglasses and lip gloss or snacks and sunscreen, the modern woman needs to have her necessities within easy reach. We worked to design this durable double-layered clutch in a pretty pattern especially for this Artisan Box! Constructed with double layer palm leaf.
This month, instead of the regular palm leaf basket we have received a palm leaf clutch. It’s handmade, gorgeous and I love that they stuck with neutral colours. It will go with everything in my closet.
Caftan
The design of this crepey caftan has its roots in the soil of India, yet the bright color and style will blend seamlessly into your modern life. Symbology Clothing celebrates sustainability, craftsmanship, and design while bringing ethical fashion products to a global market. Caftans are hand screen printed.
I love, love, love to see clothing and/or fashion accessories in my GlobeIn boxes. If I had my way they would release some sort of fashion inspired box on a regular basis. Here we have a gorgeous peach coloured Caftan. I think subscribers could have also received a green color as well. Both are gorgeous.
Pineapple Ring

I still think about the limited edition jewelry box GlobeIn released quite a while back. This ring would have gone perfectly with that box and makes me wish they would do another limited edition jewelry box at some point. For now I will enjoy this adorable pineapple ring…..it’s cute, delicate and adjustable…..it’s perfect!
Coconut Reishi Hand & Body Cream – 2 oz.

Chewing gum should be fun, especially when it’s ethically and sustainable produced by a woman-led company. Glee Gum is the first ever fair trade gum, it’s made without artificial ingredients.
GlobeIn Artisan Box Review April 2018 – Final Thoughts
The April GlobeIn Artisan Box is gorgeous!! I love that they went with a fashion theme. Not only do I love a good fashion-inspired subscription box, I also love a box that gets me ready for the upcoming season and that’s exactly what my April GlobeIn box has done. Wear the Caftan as a beach cover, pair it with the adorable little pineapple ring and keep the body cream in your beach bag and your skin will always be summer ready. GlobeIn supports a great cause, curates beautiful boxes and keeps me supplied with unique products…..what’s not to love!
