Vol.15, April 2018 of NMNL aims to help you keep clean and feel refreshed during the spring! Here is a look at what’s inside the box…
This helpful booklet gives you information about each product and instructions on how to use it.
Dolly Wink Eyeshadow
Popular eye cosmetic brand Dolly Wink brings you this glamorous Dolly Wink Eyeshadow. This eyeshadow contains 4 easy to use colors – the staple pink color and three earthy shades of brown. It also comes with an application tool with both a large and small tip!
I love this eyeshadow and think the warm tones are perfect for spring. It gives you the perfect romantic and natural “no make-up” look!
Peach Body Scrub Soap
Get ready for smooth skin fresh out of the shower! This soap contains a body scrub that is specially made to smoothen one’s rear end and other non-sensitive parts of the body. You can also create a bubble lather to clean the more sensitive areas!
Since many people nowadays sit at work, the skin on their rear end can become rough. To help solve this, women in Japan often use soap scrubs to keep their behinds, and the rest of their body, silky smooth!
The Peach Body Scrub Soap included in this box utilizes a peach seed and konjac scrub that both smoothens and refreshes skin at the same time!
Patting Cotton Swab
These patting cotton swabs are a hot new item in Japan and for a good reason! These swabs are easy to use as they are 12 cm long and are filled with 3 grams of beauty essence toner per stick. Best used after washing your face, they ensure nice moisturized skin that leaves you looking amazing.
As someone who can’t live without toner, these sticks are so convenient as the toner is already on the cotton swab. I applied this after my shower and it left my face feeling so fresh and clean!
Character Silicone Puff
Silicone puffs are all the rage now in Japan. This easy to use raindrop shaped silicone puff has a super cute character motif and can be used with liquid, cream, and gel foundation. It can also be washed and reused.
I am so glad I received this product in my box because it is such an amazing beauty find that I never even knew existed! I switched out my beauty blender for this silicone puff because beauty blenders absorb so much foundation/concealer that I find myself wasting a lot of product during every use. This silicone puff not only ensures that my foundation goes on smoothly, but it is also much less wasteful!
Rilakkuma Blotting Paper
This blotting paper is perfect to help keep your skin clean and free of oil as you go about your day. It has a popup shape that makes it super easy to use and features a cute Rilakkuma design!
Mapepe Shampoo Bubbling Net
To help keep your hair clean and healthy, NMNL included this bubbling net that is a perfect personal hygiene item. Simply wet the net, add your shampoo, and rub the net together to create a bubbly lather. Apply this lather to your hair for a washing experience that keeps your scalp healthy! This net can be used with soaps and body wash as well!
NoMakeNoLife Review April 2018 – Final Thoughts
NoMakeNoLife is such a treat because it allows me to discover beauty products that I would’ve never found on my own! It is so interesting to receive what is all the hype in Japan and try it out for myself. My favorite item this month is definitely the Character Silicone Puff, which is funny because I had no idea what it was when I first pulled it out of my box and now I can’t live without it!
