Tasu is a brand new Canadian subscription box and this will be our second time reviewing it. The first box we received was absolutely lovely. It was a nice mixture of natural products, a tea blend and a beautiful bracelet.

October Box: Welcome Fall

Fall is here and it brought the harsh dry weather and gloomy days. That’s why we curated this box just for you. So you can enjoy Fall while indulging in self-care. We included featured products like body oil to nourish your skin while these temperature changes happen. Our Yogi Blend Roll On to boost mood and help you mediate. Plus a healthy nutty snack. Overall we wanted to make your transition to Fall a better experience for mind, body and soul.

Here’s a peek at the items we received in the October box…..

Serenity Body Oil ($24)

Made with 100% organic ingredients this oil has a light yet nourishing texture, it has a beautiful floral fragrance that transitions into the citrusy scent of orange. Plus you need only a few drops for each part of the body.

I use body oil every day after I shower and I will only use those made with all-natural ingredients. Body oil is even better this time of year when my skin is dry. This one has a really lovely scent. It’s not overpowering and the hint of citrus makes it fun and flirty. I also find it very calming.

Hangry Nut Mix ($5)

A mix of almonds, peanuts, cashews, raisins, and sunflower seeds, it is a powerhouse for an energy boost. For every 54 grams it has 11 grams of protein and 4 grams of fibre.

I am loving the fact that we received a snack this month. Trail mix is my go-to snack when I need something quick, not too filling and energy boosting. I am wondering if we can expect to see snacks on a regular basis? I would be totally ok with that:)

Nourish Cleansing Grains ($16)

Stop stripping oils from your skin with harsh cleansers, try our cleansing grains for face and body and you will be amazed. Made with oats and real rose petals, your skin will thank you.

I’m not totally sold on the cleansing grains but that’s only because my skin is super sensitive and I can only use certain things to cleanse and moisturize my face. With that being said, this particular cleanser only includes a few ingredients, all of which I am totally comfortable with.

Yogi Blend Essential Oil Roll On ($12)

A beautiful blend of lavender, peppermint, orange & frankincense for meditation, yoga, or just to boost your mood.

I am absolutely loving this oil blend!! It includes all of my favourites and it smells amazing. I really need to make an effort to use oil rollers more often. Maybe I will keep this one beside my computer.

Yoga Strap ($10)

Helps you achieve more challenging positions and sustain poses for longer periods of time.

I am so excited to see this in the box. I make an effort to stretch before bed a few times each week and this will come in so handy. And it’s small enough to keep in my bedside table. Love!

Tasu Review October 2018 – Final Thoughts

So…..here’s what I love about Tasu. I love the cute packaging, I love that it is simple and pretty and focuses on natural wellness products. I love that it’s not overwhelming and only features a few great products each month. I love that we receive a product card and I love that we receive a variety of items. Last month we received jewelry and this month we received a snack and a fitness accessory. I think they did a lovely job with the October box and I can’t wait to see what they curate for the Winter months.
