If you have been searching for a Men’s Subscription box, whether it be as a gift or for yourself, The Menswear Club is a really great option. I would definitely put them in the running for top Men’s Subscription Box. We have been reviewing this box for a while now and find it to be very consistent, and of great quality.
Here’s a look at the items we received in the May Box:
Armoir Fashion Brown Leather Bracelet ($32)
Armoir Fashion’s attention to detail and handcrafting expertise is evident with this North American-Made, Brown Leather Bracelet. This product was designed for YOU – the stylish gentleman.
I’ve received quite a few different men’s bracelets over the years and this is easily my favourite style. It’s a little more rustic and masculine than the beaded bracelets and I like that it is adjustable.
Staffon Eugene Socks ($15)
These socks will surely brighten up your look, whether they be worn casually or formally. Rock them with a pair of Navy or Khaki Trousers for maximum effect.
Great patterns, and great colors. The Menswear Club gets bonus points for finding a pair of socks unlike any I have received before.
Port Products Balancing Daily Moisturizer ($12)
Keep your skin looking and feeling healthy every day with this fast-absorbing, hydrating cream.
We often receive grooming products in our men’s boxes but they are usually sample sizes. I love that this one is bigger than that of what we typically receive. It’s easier to test out a product to its full potential when you can get at least a couples weeks use out of it.
The Menswear Club Key to the City Bottle Opener ($15)
Pop open a drink or two with our Key to the City Bottle Opener. Keep it in a convenient place, you never know when you’ll need it.
This is a really fun product. I had no clue what it was at first but once I found out that it was a bottle opener I became much more excited.
Daneson CinnaMint No. 7 Toothpicks ($5)
Daneson took the classic Cinnamon scent and included a bite of peppermint to it, which adds a unique aftertaste to this timeless flavour.
I LOVE these toothpicks! I have received them before and love having them in the cupboard. So much better than the dollar store brand I usually purchase.
The Menswear Club Review May 2017 – Final Thoughts
This month’s The Menswear Club has a value of $79 which is pretty great considering the cost of the box is $35. I like the mixture of items this month and love the unique pattern on the socks. I maybe would have liked to see one more fashion accessory in the mix, maybe in place of the toothpicks or the moisturizer, but overall it is a really great box. The Menswear Club always has fun themes and a unique mixture of items. The April box had a really great floral vibe, the March box had a travel theme, and last year they did an outdoor theme in November and sent our items in a really cool camo coloured dopp kit. If you are looking for a Father’s Day gift, this would be a great option.
