Wow, I didn’t realize it had been so long since our last The Story of Perfume Box review. How could I not have noticed this sooner…..I LOVE this box and look forward to receiving new Harvey Prince fragrances on a regular basis….. because they have the BEST perfume!!

At first glance I thought this was a face mask, and I wasn’t overly excited about it. But then I found out that it is actually for your hair and I may have let out a little squeal. I am ALL about my hair right now. I am on a mission to make it as healthy as possible. So needless to say, a hair mask is exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to give this a try.

My hair is soft and fine, so one of my issues is lifeless locks. I like to use texturizing mists like this to give it a little boost, so this will definitely come in handy.
Phuket Fantasy
Strolling along the white sand shores of Phuket, she felt alive. Traveling to Thailand was an escape for her from the routine of life back home.
She felt the warm sun against her skin and the blue ocean waves softly crashing at her feet. In that moment, there was no place she’d rather be.
She opened her bottle of Phuket Fantasy and took a deep whiff. The scent of sweet grapefruit, bright bergamot and clean apple blended with rich rose, lush jasmine and spicy cyclamen. Sensual sandalwood, soft musk and cozy cashmeran soothed her as she let out her breath.
She opened her eyes, stared out to the shore and realized Phuket was no fantasy.
Style: Luminous. Awakened. Serene.
This is a really interesting scent. The first time I smelled it I didn’t really like it, but the second time I opened the bottle the scent was really pleasant, and the third time it won me over. I can pick up the grapefruit and the rose. It will be perfect for Summer.
The King & I
She was on break from her job as an English professor and decided to visit exotic Thailand. Thailand’s ancient history and modern culture intrigued her.
As she strolled through Bangkok’s buzzing Chatuchak Market, she came across an old Thai gentleman selling books. Her hands glided across rows of books meticulously laid out on his tables, and she momentarily felt at home.
She opened her bottle of The King & I and further escaped the bustle of the market as the scent of sweet peach, rich raspberry and fresh lemon mixed with lush lily, warm vanilla, deep musk and sensual sandalwood in the tropical Thai air.
She stopped suddenly at a copy of Anna and the King of Siam and smiled.
Style: Exotic. Transformative. Elegant.
I am LOVING this fragrance! It reminds me of another perfume I love, but I can’t quite put my finger on which one it is. I can definitely pick up the sweet fruit, the vanilla and the musk…..it’s so pretty.
The Story of Perfume Box Review June 2017 – Final Thoughts
Harvey Prince impresses me every time. The Story of Perfume Box is a wonderful way to test out new scents and become acquainted with some of the other products they offer on their site. Prior to receiving my first box I had no clue that their product line included things other than fragrance. Needless to say, I was pretty happy to see that they also have soaps, and body creams, and shampoo, and all that fun stuff. I am a HUGE fan of Harvey Prince fragrances, not only because they smell wonderful, but also because they are vegan and cruelty-free. I wear Harvey Prince perfume almost every day…….that’s how much I love it.
