The Great Canadian Meat Company was founded in 1992 in Whitby, Ontario as a two man operation with their flagship product being Authentic Dry Pepperoni. Since then, The Great Canadian Meat Company has expanded from their delicious selection of pepperoni sticks to include a premium Beef Jerky. Their mission is to research and use the finest raw Canadian materials and contents whenever possible making them a true Canadian Company. Il Tagliere Salumeria

Il Tagliere Salumeria is a family owned salumeria nestled in the foothills of Caledon, Ontario. The salumeria has been built on top of the remnants of an old family farm and has been converted into a state-of-the-art facility to manufacture and cure a wide ride of air-dried cured meats.

The Rizzardo family has taken their Italian families recipes passed down through generations to manufacture the classic, flavourful products that have won them award after award since their business was established.
